okay so i do have a set that i like more than this just bc of the color, but this set is so good…read more like the shape and length and everything is perfect and i asked the guy not to cut my natural nails and he actually didnt argue w me like some other nail techs ive had experience w before have. i just wish the color was a little bit more natural bc it looked a lot paler on the color samples but ill def be back and now i know what im looking for. but also the color just looks different in different lightings so that doesnt help that i cant decide if i like it or not. also it took a little bit longer than normal but its worth it bc he was so focused on making everything how i wanted it

That service was excellent. BUT then the tech waxed my eyesbrows. She ripped all of my hair off. She went beyond my brow line. I look like a bald headed chicken. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they refused to apologize or accept responsibility. They made up excuses and offered to reimbursed me $10 for the service. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience. They refused. They've lost a loyal (8 year) customer for sure.
