Horrible experience. Immediately upon my arrival, two of the people working were very rude to me and flat out told me they were laughing at me. Throughout my manicure, the woman doing my nails disregarded everything I asked for/said. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said "no thank you", and she cut them extremely short. She asked what shape I wanted, I told her "square", she gave me almond. I very kindly kept asking if she would mind fixing it or just filing them a bit more square, and she refused. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was just a shiny brown color. She told me she could do it; I left with my nails looking completely silver! I asked why they did not look like what I had asked; she said "this is what you're going to get". read more

I was glad that they were free enough to take walk-ins on a Saturday at 5:30pm! Both me and my boyfriend wanted to get pedicures and I asked if they could do a full set for me, and they agreed so I was even more thrilled! I had a friend who came to this same salon so I was sure it would be a good experience. The technicians were all very nice and welcoming. The lady who did my manicure was talkative, nice and gave me suggestions on what color to get for spring. Unfortunately while talking, she filled the side of my nail so much so that I started bleeding I, also, did not like how thick she made my nails. I don't get acrylic often because its REALLY hard to find a technician that will make them look pretty (I don't like it when they look chunky) and unfortunately, mine were thick. See picture. I wish she would have ground them down more. The gel polish just added to the thickness. My pedicure on the other hand was amaze-balls. Firstly, The staff here are GREAT sales people. Another lady did my pedicure and as I sat down, showed me 4 different varieties of these foot spa treatments. Me, not knowing that in picking one I was signing up for the most expensive pedicure, was enamored with the options! So kudos to them! BUT it was well worth it. The lady spent a lot of time cleaning, buffing and massaging my feet and for THAT itself I was happy to give her my $45. It came with a paraffin wax treatment as well. My feet look beautiful and I love it! So I'll be back for a pedicure if I'm in the area but may reconsider my nails, especially if I get acrylic again. read more

This place is RACIST. they treat their white costumers with so much kindness and respect. As soon as a white costumer comes in they are attentive, kind, and take their time to perfect their nails.They have never treat their costumers of color the same way. I have been going to this salon for over a year and I've never been treated as kind as their white costumers. They don't even care to learn my name. But when it comes to white costumers they are nice, learn their names, talk to them, ask about their day their lives. This place is wack. I'm surprised so many people like it on google/yelp. Maybe they're not use to good quality nail salons or maybe they have a specific tech that they like for their nails only. That's the only thing I can think of. My tech was wack. Well, some good things is that they stay open later than some other places. I came here only due to their late hours. The prices seemed like it was possibly good as well. I asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Usually nail salons have a display of the different colors painted on tips. It makes it easier for the consumer to know what color they want. This salon did not and if they do have that it wasn't provided to me. That should have been my warning sign that this place just wasn't for me specifically. Lack of effort to do something so simple. The receptionist guy seemed annoyed when I asked him some questions about the polish. He eventually got up to do some work and help. The pedicure water bowl didn't have a plastic lining in it and due to that I expected to see some type of bleach/cleaning solution. I saw one lady rinse the bowl with water only for one customer. After I left the pedicure area and another customer left the area, no one cleaned it. In fact the techs left one by one for the day with no intention to clean it or clean the floors. I saw some bowls that just not look squeaky clean around it and the floors had paper towels and other stuff around it. I doubt someone stayed late to clean and sanitize. I don't recall any of the tools coming out the incubator that looked unused. The pedicure itself was extremely basic. I mean I had no problem paying more if I had to, but nothing was offered to me. I didn't notice a price list or brochures anywhere. For a regular pedicure I still expected more. The tech next to me did a little bit more than my tech, but nothing spectacular. I wish I had more of a foot scrub, massage, callus exfoliation of some type, maybe lotion...I dunno if they use that anymore... something was just missing from it. Same for my hands. The overall end appearance of everything was okay. I will not go back because they're not clean, they don't seem to sanitize things, the customer service sucks, and they need to work on their effort. read more

Went there for a silk wrap two weeks ago. I went in and was told they can't do silk wraps (even though it's listed as a service they have) but I heard good things about them so I decided to get a full set instead. So I waited to review them until I had my nails on for a little while and they look great and have lasted this whole time. However the service was terrible. I went with a friend who got gel nails and they did my full set THEN hers when we clearly came in together they didn't even bother trying to get us done at the same time. But we had no appointment so we weren't that upset about it. They women who did my nails cut up my fingers so badly. I swear she was doing it on purpose I had cuts that weren't even close to my nail bed. Now I understand maybe I wasn't relaxing my hand like she wanted or something but to cut every single one of my fingers? Then she took someone to her station while my nails were drying and didn't even change the towel! Now I know I don't have any blood born illness but what if someone before me did? Then as I am waiting for my friend she came back over to yell at me about not touching my phone for 10 mins because my nails were wet... I would never go back there. read more

Love love love this nail salon! Came in here my first time to just get a regular pedi and decided to do the gel polish. Both were done with tremendous care. The pedicure included hot stone which I thought was great compared to other nail salons that do not include that in a regular pedi. The gel polish last me a good 2 weeks and it made my nails look great. I later came back within 2 weeks to get another pedi and gel polish manicure, this time it was for my wedding, I made an appt and brought along 6 people from my wedding party. We arrived a little late (but called ahead letting them know). When we arrived they had exactly the number of people to work on everyone I included. They were great, at the end they gave me a $25 gift certificate which I will surely be returning to use on another pedi! Awesome employees and it's a beautiful atmosphere. Their waxing services is also amazing. They do an exceptional job on eyebrows. I recommend to anyone that wants a great nail service or waxing service! read more

The pedicures are basic not spectacular by any means. Depends on who you get they'll give you hot stone if they feel like it. I had my bikini wax and eyebrows done last week. She double dips!!! EWww...who knows what type of disease infested bacteria growing. And I had welts growing on my bikini area and it was so painful I had to go ER and now on antibiotics. My left eyebrow is ok but my right is oddly shaped and uneven. I think all salons that double dip should be shut down for everyone's health and well being. If you can't be sanitary might as well close the doors. Btw lots of nails salons have Autoclave machines which kills most bacteria including fungus. This salon doesn't! I checked every time and I asked the girl, she said the UV machine will kill germs, No it doesn't!!! Only AtuoClave bcuz Dentists use it to disinfect their tools... How can u tell? The Pouch where they put their tools in when they open in front of you? Check and make sure the word on it turned purple... Properly sterilized tools will turn purple becuz th autoclave use pressure cooking steam to disinfect. When reached a certain temp the ouch will turn purple. If it's still Blue that mean it's not sterilized properly! Don't be fooled by the sealed pouch, you Can get an infection!!! read more

I used to go to nail pro & spa all of the time and I loved it. However, after my recent visit I will not be going back. The woman who did my pedicure was aggressive with my toes and actually cut me. I also got a fill and the nail tech Lisa cut me multiple times. Additionally, I had to correct her on the shape of all of my nails. She told me to go wash my hands and I made her fix all of the sizing of my coffins, as they were all different sizes. Not to mention one side was rounded while the other was straight. After about 30 minutes of adjustments I was pleased enough to let her paint them. She at least took the time to adjust them to my liking, but it took her until the end of my manicure to apologize for cutting me. Will not be going back here. read more

I have been to Nail Pro before, they always have a good color selection. I'm a pedicure girl when the warm weather set in or for special occasions. Before heading over I got my eyebrows threaded, when I sat down the girl next to me (the employee) said in broken English " where you get your eyebrows done, I told her I don't wax them I get them threaded. She said "oh next time you come here and I do better job ." What my main complaint is 3 days later my big toe started to hurt around my cuticle and was red. I was nervous maybe it was a in grown toe nail, I did all home remedies, but nothing worked. I ended up at urgent care 6 days later with a red and swelled toe. Turns out when the nail technician was cutting my cuticle, and cut a little to close, I have developed a bacteria infection and I'm on a 10 day course of antibiotics. So my $25.00 pedicure has now cost me $80.00 . I will NEVER return to this nail place again. Drive a little further into Easton by target or Shaw's for a much better experience! read more

I came in for a new set and my nails were totally uneven after I left. I got gel, and it started peeling off a couple days later. I gave it a second chance and got a refill and pedi... huge mistake. Gel peeled off a few days after and two nails popped off, not to mention the pedicure French tips started to peel off and got caught on a blanket and ripped my nail off. I went to have a mani pedi, My daughter wanted a toe nail polish change and a full manicure. Cindy, my nail technician, gives a professional and pretty mani pedi. She has done my nails before and I came back to her because I was extremely satisfied with her work. On the other hand, my daughter did not receive a manicure, just a polish change. She paid for a manicure and the manager REFUSED to refund the different in price. She was also rude to me. We walked out feeling "ripped off" by the manager. It was a terrible experience where 'the customer is always wrong!" I will steer all my Easton friends away from this salon. read more

The very next day it looks like I had a huge rug burn on both my eyelids!! Which eventually became scabs for a week! It's painful and embarrassing so I had to miss a day of work the next day. I walked in around 5:15 last Wednesday night for an acrylic refill. The woman in the front table asked me to wait 15-20 minutes... 45 minutes later another woman took me as I stood up and was about to walk out. She took her time and was very gentle. Even applied 3 coats of the nail color I chose to make it even. Well... the following day as a I washed my hair in the shower was catching in the nails and 2 days later my nails are beginning to lift up near the cuticles. Let me start of by saying..... Jennifer did an awesome job on my pedi! The establishment is clean, cozy, and friendly! Tami the manager, did a fabulous job on my wax! She didn't mess up my eyebrowse because she listened and understood. Also there was NO DOUBLE DIPPING. She actually remove the wax from the base and poured it into an individual clean cup using a new clean spoon. She was Friendly and her work station was clean and organized. read more

My brother did carpentry work on this unit and told me about it. Very happy I went in. Kimberly (the manager) was a doll. Jason, my nail tech, was sweet and did a phenomenal job!! My nails are gorgeous! His artwork is breathtaking. The salon is beautiful. Pricing was affordable...not "cheap" as was eluded to on here (and waiting 30 mins for a service when u don't have an appt is standard, not reason to complain. You make an appointment for your hair to be done, right?). Most of the shops around here prefer walk ins. Nail Pro rewards you for making appointments! And if you are going to a nail salon where they predominantly speak a foreign language, you know there'll be a small barrier. I was comfortable with the fact that they were not only VERY articulate, but they spoke English to one another. I was only asked if I wanted to try the gel nails instead of the acrylic. They explained it to me, I thanked them, said not today and that was it. Again, in retail, the job is about "up-selling". Why someone complains about this, I don't understand. You go to get your hair done, they try to get you to buy product (expensive product). They try to up-sell you new tires when you go for an oil change....not reason enough to go one here and stomp on them. I saw only happy customers and employees. Will recommend to everyone and I'll be back next week for a pedicure. read more

I've given this place multiple chances because they have a huge color selection and it's a good location. However, in the last few months I've noticed the regular (not gel) polish being thinned out, I assume to make the bottle last longer. Then one of the girls sliced and diced 3 of my fingers, bled a ton and one of them became severely infected for about 10 days (scary). Most recently one of the ladies took a chunk out of my toe and it bled everywhere. I wanted to love this place for the convenience but I must move on! :( read more

Didn't have the best experience there. I asked for a pedi and a full set gel manicure. The pedi was fine but then when it came time for the manicure, the girl automatically started putting polish on my nails. I said to her..."you know I am getting a full set gel manicure right?" She gets angry and says "no, you said just gel manicure" in REALLY broken English. I then pulled my hands away and said "I'm sorry, no I did not, I told you and the man up front what I wanted." She then gets up from her chair with a pained smile and ushers me to a different chair. One of the other nail techs turns around and says to me "she doesn't do full sets, someone else will do it." I was like ok, no problem. The next person who did it, rushed on my nails and they came out uneven. Oh and if try to check in on Yelp to get the 20% off first visit. I would give this place zero stars if I could, went in for a Pedi and a color change. My pedicure took over an hour for really poor pedicure. Showed the lady what I wanted done on my nails before we started she said no problem, half way through the salon starts getting busy so now she's rushing and doing a poor job, come towards then end she says we can't design it we are just going to color it, that wasn't the agreement to begin with had her take of all the polish and walked out, she said she was charging me for the original polish we had set she was crazy, I will never be going back here and I recommend you save your time to! read more

I went there with my cousin because she has gone there before. Once we said we wanted a regular mani & pedi they started arguing in their language. They finally took us & when she began my pedi she tried to get me to have a shellac mani repeatedly. I said no & she seemed annoyed about it. I asked her to be gentle with my right leg because my knee is fractured. She told me i would have to remind her. She pulled and yanked on my leg knowing it was hurt so I had to remind her once again which I never should have had to since it is their job to serve their customers. She then tried to get me to have a spa pedicure which I declined. We finally finish & it is time for my mani. They start arguing about who is going to do it for a few minutes. The same woman started my mani. She did a terrible job. I asked for something specific and she basically did the opposite. She rushed through and tried to finish with me having polish all over my finger tips, I had to ask her to wipe them with polish remover. It seems that if you don't get the more expensive services (shellac, spa pedicure etc) they don't want to perform the services because they don't think they will get tipped well. Well that resulted in this woman getting 0 tip. Don't go there they suck & they are assholes. read more
