At that point it was already 1:30. At 2:40 the manager and owner, Tim Nguyen, came downstairs and told me, "Yeah I think we'll be able to see you. Just wait." He also said that people typically have to sign in by 9 AM, but that it would be okay for me and someone would see me. Fast forward to 2:50, I checked again and asked if I was still going to be able to get a haircut. I was then told no. Apparently the students they thought were available had decided to leave. So I basically wasted an hour and a half for nothing. When I asked if they take appointments, I was told they do not. But when I walked outside and looked at their A frame advertisement, it clearly said "Walk ins welcome and appointments encouraged." That makes zero sense. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would.

He is very knowledgable and I could tell he loves what he does. He makes everyone feel comfortable and if you are doing a continuation class; I love that he has you demo to prove you paid attention and are learning. The class size was small. You receive your certificate at the end of the training. Plus I can't remember his dog's name, but he was definitely a sweet heart!
