I love this salon. They are the only nail place in Palmer that does acrylics and gel nails. I've been coming here since we moved to Palmer in 2016, and now after trying another place in the Valley, this is the place I am sticking with. It's takes a little getting used to having guys do your nails, and at first, I was a little shy about it, but the bottom line is they do a great job. This has become my go to for pedicures. I can walk in but usually call for an appointment just to make sure I can get in. The spa pedicure (basic pedi) is $30 includes polish. The Nail Gallery is clean and employees are polite. They offer gift certificates which I often get for family, friends, co workers and teacher gifts. read more

I've been coming here for the past 2 years for pedicures and gel manicures. By far my favorite place in the Valley! They don't pressure you into upselling your service, are very friendly, and do an amazing job! I made the switch from my beloved gel manicure to the SNS powder manicure and can't rave about it enough. It is as durable as acrylics without the damage or chemicals! My first set lasted 4 weeks without chipping, lifting, or breaking!!! I just got my second set today and it is just as flawless as the first set I had. There are also vitamins in the product which help your nails grow in it from the research I did. Highly recommend this salon and their wonderful staff! read more

Under new management, this nail salon has become the BEST IN THE VALLEY. I used to drive all the way to Anchorage for SNS, but no more! (SNS is a somewhat healthier process for reinforcing your nails like gel or acrylics but without all the harsh chemicals and UV lights.) If you are looking for a fabulous SNS manicure or just a great pedicure, their prices are fair, their customer service is top-notch, and they take pride in their work. It is a decent place to go for a pedicure. You can pick various options for the pedicure each varying in price. I am giving them a 4 star because the guy often walked away to get his phone leaving me in the chair waiting. However, he is good at the actual pedicure but not enough attention paid to me while he messed around with his phone. I get it, we are all stuck to our phones these days, but if you haven't painted my nails yet, please don't grab your phone and ignore your client in the chair. It was nice and quiet this Sunday afternoon which was great, but it's more noticeable your lack of attention at this point. read more

Great prices and Walk-in friendly as I'm not good at keeping schedules :) I love going to see John to get my nails and pedicures done he's my favorite, although I will see other techs in shop if he is unavailable. They'll do any design I ask for and when I'm indecisive I leave it up to the tech and I'm never disappointed with the results. Always good company and conversation while I'm here (I've been to places that don't carry conversation with you but rather visit with other techs) been going here since they opened and always pleased :) read more

I went in at 5:40 to get a fill. When I walked in all 3 of them were sitting on their phones and didn't even greet me. They asked if I had the appointment at 6 and I said no I just want a fill(their door says walk ins welcome) they told me they couldn't help me because they had an appointment at 6 and when I left they continued to sit on their phones. The salon had a nice atmosphere, and they were able to fit a friend and me in without an appointment. They have several choices of services, they were really friendly, and their prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars because my nail tech cut me twice on the same toe. I've never bled from a pedicure until I went to Nail Gallery. This was 10 days ago and one of the cuts is still there . Thankfully the salon was extremely clean so my poor little toe isn't infected! My friend and I scheduled mani pedi's here. At best the results were mediocre. They were unexpectedly busy and my technician rushed through both the pedicure and manicure. Each really needed another coat to make it look good. The quality of the pedi was poor due to how hasty it was. There was no attention to taking care of callouses, just a obligatory scrub. My friend ended up with a gentleman who had just started doing nails; her fingernails, she got shellac, had fuzz, dirt specs, and uneven coverage. The tech ended up getting top coat on her skin, immediately causing it to peel. The place was clean and the environment calm. They appear to have a loyal customer base, so maybe our experience was an anomaly. read more
