I also got an eyebrow wax and while getting it done, I heard someone come into the salon. The exact same thing happened to the lady, same toe and same manicurist. First they double booked my appointment - secretary knew who I was seeing and even put my polish beside him - he took another lady and put my polish away. I figured out quickly that I was double booked since we both had the same name but the technician draped his hands over his client, looked at me and told me that SHE was his client, looked at the book and ignored me.
