I made another appointment since I did like the nails but the customer service was horrible and they made me feel invisible! First they double booked my appointment - secretary knew who I was seeing and even put my polish beside him - he took another lady and put my polish away. I figured out quickly that I was double booked since we both had the same name but the technician draped his hands over his client, looked at me and told me that SHE was his client, looked at the book and ignored me. No apologies or even another glance my way! Nice. I left and will not be coming back.

The only thing that bothered me about this salon was the quality of my acrylics, I'm not sure who did my nails because it was some time ago, but he left white around my nails which was hard to get off, I'm only bringing this up because it's inconvenient, especially because my graduation was the next day, and I couldn't get it off by then. So I decided to venture over to the Cambridge Centre to Nails 4 You! He asked me what service I wanted and I asked for the "$20.00 nail acrylic fill!" The reason I didn't want anything fancy is cuz I knew I've gone there before and they screwed up. So I sat down and he started doing my nails. Brought over the nail polish things and asked me to pick a colour! That's ALL he said! I picked my colour! He started putting on the polish without saying anything to me! His name was Long! After we were done I looked at my nails, I wanted them more pointy and they gave me almond style nails and they were ALL uneven :( but I was in a rush and I just paid for them. It came to $46.20 but I didn't even think - didn't leave a tip cuz I was pissed at how they looked and was distracted by that! Right when it clicked in it was too late and I said to him, why did it just cost $46?!?! He stated to me cuz you got "acrylic fill and shellac polish!" I said what?! I never asked for that! And he said yes you did! I said no I didn't and he goes "well you had it on your nails previously!!" And I said so? Just because I had it on before doesn't mean I wanted it this time around?! And he goes "oh well" by this point everyone is looking at us. Even tho I wasn't being rude or loud. It's the fact it's fully open so the whole mall can hear (which is another thing I hate about going there ppl watch while you get your nails done and pedis done, how comfortable is that?!) so I walked away! I went to the car and called and asked to speak with the supervisor or owner. Casey the supervisor came to the phone and I told her what happened. She told me she believes her staff Over the customers and that I did ask for it! So at this point I offer to come back in, they take off the polish and refund me my difference! She said come back and I'll refund $5 and I'll do the service ! I'm like are you serious? It was YOUR f up! Well they would do nothing to correct it! Also they charged me $4 per nail to fix. I have never been to a salon that has ever charged me to fix nails? So weird! Yes if you break two weeks later it's your fault whatever / but if your going for a fill and one has popped off , I have never been charged for that! So I was just baffled! They are horrible in there for customer service, rude, they don't care about making ppl happy they are money hungry thieves that just want to up charge you and if they can't do that ; they will lie to get their way! After I leave I go home and write a review of what happened! I tagged Rainbowy nails because I wanted to show them what happened and they were part of the story on how I ended up there! They messaged me and told me they were sorry they couldn't get me in cuz I'm a regular and to come in and they would fix Nails 4 you mistake for FREE!!! NO CHARGE!! Are you kidding me?! I'm in town visiting so used to having my nails done…read morewith dip powder the proper way. 1) the selection of color for dip powder was small. 2) I was sat with my hands soaking in straight Acetone for 45 minutes to remove my previous dip. The lady who came in behind me to get dip powder had hers removed properly by wrapping cotton balls soaked in acetone around her fingers. So afterwards my hands are cracking dry. 3) the nail tech forced UV light processing which is not necessary for dip powder and the reason I get it. Clearly she does not know how the process works. She claimed it makes the dip shiny. 4) I was told I was done but my nails have streaks and rough spots. The pics do not show the horrible job enough. I paid $50 for a horrible nail job I will have to get redone when I get home next week.

I've never had a stylist that didn't know the basics of hair cutting. He is the definition of fake it til you make it. Because he has no credentials in cosmetology. He messed up my hair so bad that the manager (Angie who is lovely) said it may take several cuts to fix after taking 2" to even it out. I'm shocked that he is employed and allowed to practice on paying customers. So please save your time money and hair! Don't risk it , i would not recommended Vahe
