Of course on the Saturday before a holiday every place is packed so I didn't have an issue with the wait. She had a cancellation so she could fit me in. The first thing she did was complain about the lady before me. She was polite yet really aggressive with more expensive products and would not listen to what I wanted. She did not do a full manicure or pedicure because I got gel polish but I did not get acrylics. In my experience at other places, the mani/pedi is normal and then they charge extra for the type of polish which I don't mind. There was not a real massage and the environment is extremely dated. I would not recommend anyone try this place. Adding to my review, the gel is supposed to last 3 weeks, it's only been 3 days and both my nails and toes are chipped. I haven't done anything except shower and change clothes. That place is horrible and now I'm extremely angry I wasted my money going there.

When I say down I did end up getting acrylic. Showed the inspiration picture. Once she began I asked for short. She gave push back due to the slight coffin shape I asked for. It took a lifetime to get the acrylic on. Then she got a nail polish to cover my nail, why? Idk. But I proceeded to identify the pink tone. Then the white began. Idk how many times I asked for a thinner French tip. End time I was there for over an hour and a half. The nails aren't bad. From a distance you couldn't tell but it looks sloppy. Oh and she rubbed alcohol on my left hand and took off all the clear coat (all gel) and that hand is chipping. Lastly when she was done she said "you're all done, do you need anything else" I didn't even bother with the pedicure. All of this so she pulls out the total of 72 dollars. This not worth 72 dollars. Not with the length, shape or artistry.

For a few days my lower back, ankles and feet have been bothering me really bad. Came in the inside it was clean. This was my first time, so filled out a pretty simple wavier. It cost $65 per the sign on the wall for an hour. I thought it was $55 when we spoke on the phone, but I was in the building and had cash. She started off doing a dry light message (no oils or lotions) for about 15 minutes, but it also felt like an alignment. It was a relaxation message, but the random TV commercials about medicines kind of kept knocking me out of my serenity moments. It was medium pressure, my body is really acting up, because I could barely roll over on the table. She did use oils, lotions and hot stones, that's when I could really feel the message and relax more. She was very nice. When it was time to go she asked me would I like to leave a tip. So at the end of it I paid $70.

I know they aren't licensed but she need more training!!! Worse yet, she lightly rubbed the SAME SPOT for about 10 minutes without moving! I finally raised my head and said "you've been in the exact same spot for 10 minutes! She said huh? I said move your hands! She said ok. She still went back there a few more times. Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! It was a "me" day I won't forget anytime soon. I absolutely am appalled at today's visit! How does a person leave their massage feeling worse than when they came in??? I sure did. My wife decided she could go for a massage as well, so we made appointments for a Friday. Our masseuse, Byron was super nice & worked out the areas needed. We each opted for 30 minute massages (this was my first time getting a professional massage). Soft soothing sounds filled the darkened room, and I requested a chair massage. The 30 minutes went quickly, and we each came out of our sessions feeling very relaxed. Soreness the next couple of days was expected, but worth it. We will be returning for what might be regular visits. Parking was on a small lot. We were offered complimentary bottles of water. Give them a ring if you're having issues.
