Terrible experience -- avoid at all costs…read more I hired Diego from "Quality Blinds" to install three blinds, and unfortunately, the experience was a complete nightmare. It took five attempts to get the blinds installed, and one is still problematic. He is now asking me for $300+ to fix a problem caused by his own work. He drilled multiple times for each blind, leaving the wall paint damaged. One blind was still wobbly, and his solution was to stick a folded newspaper between the wall and the bracket. Another blind caught the tail of a charger while rolling up, which caused the cable to snap. Communication was another major problem. He rarely answers his phone, does not return calls, and does not respond to text messages. After a dozen attempts and a great deal of frustration, I finally managed to schedule appointments for him to fix the issues. He repeatedly failed to show up on time--not 20 or 30 minutes late, but 3-4 hours late. This meant being stuck at home for hours waiting for someone to fix problems that should never have occurred in the first place. His work was also messy and careless. Ultimately, I had to pay other people to finish and correct the work he started, resulting in additional expense, lost time, and a tremendous amount of frustration. I had just moved and had electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors coming and going. There were small issues here and there, but every other professional I dealt with took responsibility for their work and eventually made things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Diego at "Quality!" Blinds. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

UPDATE: Installers…read morearrived. Took 2 hours to install manual blackout shade and Sill, the piece for the bottom of the Shutter to give a finished look. While doing so, they removed the entire Shutter at least 2 times as I heard it crashing to the floor several times. (I do not know why they had to do this.). Paint on the sides was ripped off the walls together with pieces of my wall literally removed. And the Sill was damaged as its left side was broken off. When I asked them to leave when they were 'done', one installer refused to leave. I was overcharged for this Shutter and wasn't given what was promised and Shutter still needs adjusting and Sill needs to be replaced. FYI: I have never written a bad review in my life, until this nightmare experience with Diego/Quality Blinds Solutions.

I had a window that had been cracked for years but never got around to fixing it. Now that I'm…read morebuilding a cat patio with a cat door through that window, I needed it repaired ASAP. I searched for window repair places near me, but most were closed on Saturday. Luckily, I found Eduardo Glass & Mirrors and saw they had great reviews, so I decided to check them out. I went with my father, and although it's a small shop, the service was outstanding. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. I explained the situation, and they told me they could fix it within 20 minutes. We probably waited less than that. Like about 10 to 15 minutes tops. They even helped carry the glass to my car. Excellent and fast service, and my window looks great. I would definitely recommend them for any glass repair needs.

I needed a pergola for my swimming pool area and my interior designer recommended this place…read morebecause they have the best outdoor pergolas. Mr. Michael was very professional and knew exactly what I needed. The automated roof shields us from sun or rain when we need it. The best thing was being able to cover my huge area (20' x 30') and I couldn't find anyone capable of making it this big and automated (it opens and closes super smoothly). Installation was also extremely professional, the guts knew exactly what to do. Great job! I'll definitely recommend it to any friend who needs it.

I really wanted the shutters to be installed on the wider end so I would not be able to see them pretty much from any angle inside the house and they really worked with me to get those requirements right. I am very picky when it comes to aesthetics and so it took me a while to make the decision, but I am glad I went with them. The installers were also very knowledgeable and good at their job. They made sure we were happy with the installation before they left. Thank you Michelle and Carlos for all your patience. I am more than happy with the way they turn out.

Daniel came to our home and saw that our blind mechanism wasn't working. At first, he attempted to correct it free of charge with just some lubricant, but that didn't work. He then scheduled to come back and repair the track. He could have tried to sell us a whole new system, but he was honest and told us we only needed a new track. Today he returned and repaired the track for a total cost (parts and labor) of only $191. Now the blinds work like new! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with issues with their blinds or other window decor. They were honest, good, fast, and reliable.
