I started off contacting a couple…read more... FIRST ONE, took 3 weeks to get a quote (I could only imagine how long it would take to get the work done) and the price was shockingly high SECOND and THIRD contractors I reached out to never even returned the calls The FORTH and FIFTH contractors finally came through with quotes and both were fairly priced. I went with Family Shutters over the competitor number based on customer service and not the price (both were about the same cost). Once I received my quote I had questions; I spoke with Rene Mejia (I believe he is the operations manager) who made himself available to answers question or to clarify points I didn't understand. As a contractor myself, I had numerous questions regarding the installation and materials; Rene always took the time to be in contact with me (very helpful and convenient). Once agreed to the terms and ready to do the work, I gave my deposit (a fair, small percentage compared to many contractors out there that require ridiculous deposits). Work was scheduled and the installer showed as promised. Once the installation was completed (by Ray) I had a couple questions for Rene to verify the installation would pass my insurance inspection and he explained everything and even gave reassurance that if I had any issue or problem, then he would stand behind the product and have it taken care of. Excellent job

as I began thinking about this review, I soon knew what I wanted to say. Avanti is a rare company…read more Now days, to stay ahead of the competition one needs to combine the art of design with the quality assemblance of a great product. You see, most people would stop there. The thing is, Avanti also brings to the table the good old handshake promise of craftsmanship as well as commitment to a job where the client is happy. From the promised timing of the job to my ability to call them back to adjust our drawers years later, they are always there. The always pick up and the craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing. That to me is a testament of a great company that stand behind their work.

I am an ideas person - I know what I want in my head, but I have zero ablility to make it happen…read more That is where Roger and Avanti Closets come in. They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. My husband and I were blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Thank you so much, Roger & Team. I will definitely be in touch with my next project once I dream it. But for now, we will all be enjoying this amazing wardrobe you designed and built for us.

5-Star Review I…read morerecently hired ASP Superhome and ASP Remodeling for a full home renovation--new roof, new kitchen, new flooring, and a new bathroom--and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team truly went above and beyond. Bruce, JJ, Adonis, and Andres kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring, which made a major project feel smooth and stress-free. They handled everything from planning to execution with professionalism and care. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The roof looks incredible, the kitchen and bathroom feel like they came out of a showroom, and the new flooring completely transformed the space. You can tell they take pride in their craft and genuinely care about the homeowner's experience. I highly recommend ASP Superhome and ASP Remodeling to anyone looking for a company that delivers excellent workmanship, strong communication, and a team you can trust with your home.

A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows
