The owner listened very attentively to my Aunt's requirements for shoes. He sat down and measured her feet. Then he brought out many possibilities. The shoe selection was great. The customer service phenomenal. To see this many quality shoes in a local store was amazing. The value is very good too. I purchased some Hoka sneaker too. Prices of the shoes are excellent. I highly recommend this shoe store for everyone. Service and value are far beyond anything you find in a shoe department anywhere else.

The gentleman I dealt with measured my feet and then explained why I was experiencing so much pain and helped me find a solution. He was a consummate, professional and knowledgeable. I left with the two of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever slipped on and that is saying something because I'm actually in pain right now because my other footwear was creating the problem. I highly recommend a trip there if you're having problems with your feet and finding proper footwear. I will definitely be back to get more shoes.

I became a fan when they were still in the Grove (I think there is a bookstore in their place now? Next to Starbucks?) and they were definitely the standout in there. Everything is super affordable in here...I think the most I ever spent on a dress was $75? It's a breath of fresh air when you're surrounded by BelMondo, bebe and Anthropologie. They've since moved down the street, into the small, 3-store building next to the Apprehensive Patient. Everything is organized by color, and they have some wonderfully unique pieces. I've never heard of the majority of designers, so it's a great way to expose yourself to some lesser-known but equally-fabulous lines. When the weather gets warmer. their selection of swimsuits is super cute! Their shopping bags are also a soft, reusable plastic-type material, and a soft pink color. I like to use them to carry things in and out of work without being loud or obnoxious. The sales associates are also super sweet and HONEST.

ThisBloomies store is a total disaster.. forget about it…read more It is NOT even remotely the quality of any real Bloomingdales we have ever shopped First off Bloomingdale's should know better than to install an abbreviated version of its fine NYC Flagship in this town with such substandard staffing Lackluster, rude service especially by those labeled " managers" ( Sara or Mary Ellen) totally shocked us with the bitter behavior toward their customer More over, this store does NOT represent the fine Bloomingdale's brand as it is known for I suggest no one ever shop here as it simply does not serve our community nor the Grove well Will never step foot in this unwelcoming establishment ever again Total fail !

Frustrated I started googling for shoe store that would give my feet a real assessment. I found Miles Ahead Sports and was encouraged by positive reviews. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and still felt I received the utmost service. My feet were measured, my arch assessed and my walk observed to find the best solution. It turns out my feet grew a whole shoe size. Three options were given and the toe boxes checked for the appropriate amount of room. We found a shoe we both felt worked best and off I went. I am normally a discount and outlet shopper but I was happy to pay full retail to get a good fit and the service needed to make that match. I plan on returning when my shoes need to be replaced.
