This place is absolutely terrible they took six hours to install my subwoofer care of my old Cadillac and then I put the subwoofer box and amp inside my trunk told them all I needed was for wiring for my new car which is a 2018 Malibu and it took them all day 5 1/2 hours to find out how to wire that thing just for me to get in the car for it not to be grounded right and I heard the horrible whine, I came back the following day and they told me to take the car to the dealership and the dealership told me that my car had nothing to do with the issue and that the amp was grounded wrong so I went back and they refused to try to fix it for me and I ended up losing $300 just to wire my car and they couldn't even do it also not to mention he popped my rear bumper out of place on the left side and said it was there before when I literally bought the car 2 days before I went there!!!! read more

For my Birthday I got a front and rear dash cam with a battery. Installation arrangements were made were well with the owner Nagi. June 5th I took my car here. I was there between 9:30am - 10:00am. The man pulled in about 10:04am. He was nice and gave me the impression that he knew of me coming in. Nevertheless he told me the install will take 1 hour maximum 2hours he will call me. I got Uber back home. 12pm , 1pm, 2pm, still no answer I called first time I got no answer. I had my wife call someone answer. They told her due to some guy calling and asking if the Honda is done we can't give any information. So I exploded I took Uber back to the shop it's 3:30pm the man hasn't installed the battery but he is working on other returning customers that came in after me. So I tried to figure out with the lady's help that workers for UHaul. To find the individuals number to tell him the car is ready and you can come and pick it up and I was going to call the cops. 6pm in still there. Not sure want was done to my leased car! The dash cam is suppose to be connected to the external battery so it doesn't drain the car battery. The battery was never installed correct because when you turn off the car the camera turns off as well once you turn on the car dash cam is back on n recording. The woman who worked with the uhaul she did a better job of cleaning the mans mess. After the man installed my camera using velcro that was suppose to be used for the external battery and the double sided 3m adhesive tape which was in the dash camera box. And all this the woman from uhaul fixed it. She even tried her best to get the camera to appear on my iPhone S Max. Which was unsuccessful. I went to Meece Car Audio Thursday and they were able to get the camera to appear in my phone. But they were the ones who told me the camera r suppose to be working even when the car is off. After I told them where the external battery was installed. They took a look and told me the battery is not installed and the cameras are getting the juice from your car battery. Sunday June 9th at 5:30pm. Went back there after making us wait for 20mins. We spoke to the man and he refused to refund us half the money so I can go back on Saturday June 15th to get my battery n dash cam installed properly. He claimed we didn't give him a chance. You had my car from 10am-7pm and your telling me I didn't give you a chance. I spent my whole freakin Birthday there and your claiming you didn't get a chance. The man was in the passenger side door talking to my wife on the phone while chewing on ruffles spicy chips. Once he was done with the conversation. I was talking to him and realized he fell asleep and after calling excuse me excuse me he finally wakes up. Before Walking out of the car he starts telling me how he has been in prison for 15yrs and been working here for 3 months and leaves the bag of chip in my Car and tells me I'm trying my best!!! What best is that!!! I have picture and videos. The woman from uhaul said let's call the owner and have him make the decision. The man didn't think we were fair! I have an appointment with Meece Saturday to get the job done right. My car been parked in the lot since 10am and he is working on these other cars. And cabling sucks. Uhaul woman made it neater. The owner was fair to refund half my money. If I can rate individually: I would rate uhaul woman 5 stars Owner Nagi 4 stars The other man unprofessional 0 stars. Thank you for the memorable day!!! If I wasn't going to get half my money I would of also taken this to small claims court and file complaint with better business bureau!!! read more

Do not recommend! Avoid avoid avoid! Got my fiance a backup camera for her birthday. Installation was quoted to take 2.5 hours...ended up being about 8 hours. The backup camera is glitchy, points straight at the ground, and they ended up masking taping the logo onto the back of the truck bed since it didn't have time to cure (it was supposed to get bolted on too). Bad experience all around, don't waste your time. read more

Today I went in So I can get a custom job done for my vehicle which is an Infiniti FX 35. What I wanted was to keep my Stock Screen that came with my Car so I can keep my navigation system and to keep control of my air conditioner and more. I got good advice on where that screen could go on this custom built and so I decided to remove the cupholder section and replace it with the stock screen and where the screen used to be the new Double din pioneer 2800 BS was installed. The end result turned out amazing I love it just how I pictured it I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience was great.. I'm talking about great customer service , hard-working and well knowledge people working here. After the job was done I went home satisfied but I had one thing in mind I decided to contact other audio places nearby and the prices were ridiculous and I contacted a well-known audio place called Meece and what they told me was they can't do that work because they only do More Simple work. *DO NOT GO HERE* *THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR* I'm not one to right bad reviews but I felt the need to warn people.Where do I begin. If you are looking for terrible work at a professional price this is the spot! I went in for a radio install and backup camera install. I was told it'd be 300$. Sure that's a fair price if the work was actually worth it. 5 hours after dropping it off (I was told it would only take 2 hours) I pick it up and was told because the product was " Chinese" (literally half the brands they sell at their shop are "Chinese" it didn't fit properly and had a huge gap in the dashboard and that was the best that they could do. I could literally pull the whole unit out if I wanted to. They managed to break one of my AC control arms so now I don't have heat in my car. The backup camera was literally drilled into my license plate with one screw that's barely holding it on. The back panels that they took off to run the wiring wasn't even put back on correctly when they were done. When it was all said and done I was able to fix all of their mistakes. With about 30 minutes of me looking at the radio I was able to properly place it and make it look professional. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I needed a car radio installed on a short notice.. Called this business, and an hour later, I was set to arrive. The man who helped me was friendly as can be. There was no pressure to buy anything more, no series of questions, nothing, simply: "Let me see the radio" "Here it is" "Okay, it'll be about 30 to 40 minutes." Throughout the wait, he showed genuine concern for my car (my car's airbag and tire pressure light were on, and he asked if I was aware), and after he installed the radio, allowed me to borrow his auxilary cord to ensure every aspect of it worked properly. My mom drives an older 2004 Chevy Malibu and has a long commute to and from work. She struggles with using the GPS and making calls using her phone's internal speaker. I went to the shop to upgrade her stock radio to a bluetooth receiver and was not disappointed. He has a great selection of models and was able to squeeze us into an appointment the same day I called. I was a little worried about the installation because aftermarket head units use an external mic that must be attached above the door, but he did such a clean installation that you would never know there was a cable or that the car was touched at all. He was pleasant, fast, and really knowledgable about the products. After the installation he showed my mom (who isn't tech savy) how to operate the unit and she couldn't be more thrilled. Came in to get a stereo installed. He talked me into buying another amp from him and everything. I went to Best Buy and bought the deck because he didn't have it. He said he had everything but the deck. Once the installer started drilling on my car, he tells me he doesn't have the dash kit. I could have bought it at Best Buy when I went and bought my own deck.
