Ronnie Mack's is the only meal food vendor, but there is also a bakery. We came down on a Friday around 430 and not a minute too soon because the line went from 1 group to 4+ in the blink of an eye! There is a unique selection of food - sliders, hash, subs, tacos, hot dogs, and sides! All very appealing! I will say there is no "kid" menu but we made it work with hotdogs! Also, no alcohol is served in this open area. Hubby got the Cuban hash and devoured it. I got the Cuban meal and couldn't finish it - even though I wanted to! Our boys each got hotdogs and they both looked really good! We also got a hot pretzel... HIGHLY recommend that! All in all, food was hot, fresh and came out pretty quickly. Plenty of seating and fun shops to check out before or after you meal! Highly recommend checking them out!

First and foremost, this establishment is AWESOME!!…read more Ronnie was such a sweet and generous guy. And his food is seriously out of this world. We brought a couple of our younger kiddos to Ronnie Mack's to pass the time while we waited for our older kids to finish up some weekend business they had outside of town. We had never been here before, but the great reviews drew us in. I got a cuban sandwich and my husband got a hash. My cuban was incredible, but when I got a bite of my husband's hash, I was blown away. My kids got standard dogs (they don't know how to venture into the great unknown with trying new foods yet), and they were pleased. While we were eating, Ronnie called us over for a surprise bonus to our meal and asked us to give him some feedback on new flavors he was trying out. I don't want to give away the surprise, but once again, I don't know how many times I can express being "blown away". His knowledge and expertise with flavor profiles and balance is superior to most of what I have had. And I am well traveled! Ronnie, thank you for your generosity and kindness. If we ever find our way back down in Sparta, we will certainly be coming back to see you!

Their fries are some of the best I have ever had. They are crispy and seasoned perfectly. When I went I split a regular burger and fries with my mom. They did forget to put on the ketchup and mustard (thats why I gave them 1 star off from 5) but that could be because they interpreted our request for "extra pickles and onions" as "only" pickles and onions. They did bring ketchup for the fries, which they barely needed because they were so amazing.... If you see the truck stop, because like with any food truck, you never know when you may see it again... My mother and I literally turned the car around to go to this place, and I am glad we did. I think that this was my first food from a food truck!!! AWESOME!!!

Scott and Carl are the voice of Ned's and they're doing something really great with this truck! I went to both the food truck rallies last week - the first at Rustbelt and the second at the WAB and I was happy to see Ned's booming at both. During my first experience I ordered the TravelBurger with Cheddar and a side of skinny fries with rosemary ketchup (they were out of truffled mayo both times - bummer). As I waited for my food to come up I had a little time to reflect on how full I already was ...until they called my name and handed me this thing of beauty. Their burgers aren't like normal round burgers. They're served in a brioche like hotdog type bun that is something really special. Really, the bun was phenomenal. I had my burger topped simply with ketchup and mayo, pickles on the side. It came out the window in a small paper basket, fries adjacent, and the burger wrapped in it's own sleeve of paper, all melty and hot. The fries were pretty good although the rosemary ketchup was not so much my thing but the burger.....it was exceptional! So much so that I went back Saturday and had the exact same thing sans the fries. Of all the trucks I've tried this last year Ned's is in my top three now. After looking at their menu you'll notice that their prices are a little higher than some of the other trucks but considering you get an entire burger, that happens to be really tasty, it was well worth the extra ducats. I'll be waiting to grab another TravelBurger for sure. Well done guys!

The scope of this festival is big and sprawls many, many blocks. The biggest draw would probably be the music, because there's a main stage with some big names like Joan Jett (2023) with other musical acts located throughout as you walk through all the food and art vendors. There's a variety of musical genres in all the musicians from country, pop, rock, and even more eclectic mixes. Food and drink was varied just like the music. Chicken wings, asian stir fry, Middle Eastern, desserts, beer, and so much more. Prices are obviously a bit inflated because it's a festival, but I felt that the quantities of what you can get are fair. There was a section of the festival that had fair rides and foods so I was even able to get elephant ears! Fair food is fun. Lastly the art on display for sale ranges from prints, framed paintings, sculptures, leather handbags, soap, and more. The artists were friendly and on hand to talk with patrons. Overall Arts Beats Eats is a big festival with lots to do. I would say that the parking was the only difficult thing to find, and I ended up paying $15 a few blocks away for a spot. There was an admission fee, but it's worth it to check out the music. You can buy a ticket online ahead of time for your convenience.
