We talked with them early on in our search and looked at several other locations but kept coming back to them cause the price for the space we got just couldn't be beat ... This building is located just outside downtown Shreveport at the corner of N Market & Hearne but we have quick access to I-220 and we're less than 5 minutes from downtown Shreveport and the District Court & City Court buildings where we conduct our business... Plus even running through downtown Shreveport we are less than 10 minutes from access to I-20 and I-49 ... so if you're looking for great prices on office space and easy access to major arteries without paying the downtown prices then I don't think this location can be beat... Give them a call, I think you'll be pleased with what is offered here...

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! They overcharged me as well as 15 other clients I know…read moreconstantly. Then would tell us the charges were accidental and that we ourselves would have to call the help desk to get it resolved. They make it impossible for you to get refunded for the "accidental charges" and they make it impossible to receive your deposit for the office space back (which is the same price as a month's rent at the office). Seriously the worst company I have ever encountered in my life, I truly do not understand how they are still in business.
