Go early!!! According to their sign, they are open until 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. We've been twice on a Friday night. Once at 8:45 and once at 9 pm. The last time, a staff member pulled out his phone, sighed heavily and then said it was really late. The time before they simply said they had closed the kitchen and were not serving new customers. They close at 9 the rest of the week. Maybe they should post 9 pm for the weekend as well. I've been told the food is really good, but we have yet to try it. read more

I decided to give this place another chance. When they first opened their food was great. It has gone straight downhill since. I figured I'd try my usual that I used to get when we first started eating here.(Razorback Fajitas) I've never had such a salty meal in my entire life. I felt like I needed a couple Asprin to counteract the sodium induced heart attack I felt was soon to come. My wife also got her usual which ended up being her usual.......in a pool of grease. The salsa was very hot(spicy) and the white queso cheese dip we ordered had a bunch of un-melted chunks of cheese in it. What really pissed me off was the family of one of the waiters who's kids were completely out of control and the parents said and did nothing to curb their shouting and screaming while people tried to enjoy their meal. This restaurant has the best cheese enchiladas I think I have ever had. We live in Phoenix but I am Looking for an excuse to return and eat at this restaurant again. The atmosphere and service were great and there were plenty of chips. I highly recommend this restaurant. So to start, I'm temporarily disabled due to surgery so when I came to this restaurant there was no handicapped parking. There was plenty of room to accommodate that space but there is nothing designated. When you walk in no one greets you but you are waved over to your table which was weird. So I order the shrimp tacos (just 2 tacos) and my son gets a steak chimichanga and asks for no tomato. I also ordered a margarita (which didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it (my third drink this year) so I should have felt it. The lime and orange their used to garnish my drink with had obviously been sitting out for days. It was dried like it had been on the counter. The seat I was sitting on had a huge tear in it and the overall cleanliness was terrible. I felt compelled to leave but this dinner wasn't about me it was so my son could have a nice dinner. All he wanted was NO TOMATOES!! Then I ask for them to discount the bill for putting tomatoes on his food so she asked her manager he said 10%. They then charge a fee to use your credit card. It's literally one thing after another. I will Never eat there again. Clean up your place, serve some good food (never could eat my second shrimp taco it was horrible). A total waste of 38.00 (after my discounts). At least I had 20 minutes to ask my boy how his day was. That was the only pleasurable experience out of it all. read more

Wow! This place sets the bar for all of the other Mexican places I have been. For starters, I was greeted right away by our waiter with a handshake and hello, Charlie you were impressive! Every time you ordered or asked for something Charlie would confirm with a smile and thank you. The small things are forgotten a lot of times in today's busy world. On to the food, and it was just as impressive. Very unique flavors, and dishes you just don't find in other Mexican places. I got the Burrito Los Pollos i think. Basically it was a shrimp burrito but the sauce was KILLER. Never had a flavor like that. One small deal was my beans were slightly cool but they were so good it did not matter. Was in town for a wedding and went there because it is next to the hotel. Dining in person was good, the service was good and food was ok, nothing to rave about. It was standard Mexican fare with no surprises and worth the price. I ordered a chimichanga with ground beef, but got one with steak instead. When the bill came I noticed that I was charged for the steak and not what I ordered. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or what, but I didn't say anything. A few nights later we got takeout, and this is the reason for 3-stars. We ordered 2 burritos and were asked if we wanted them "ala carte". Not wanting rice and beans I said yes. When we got the food the "burritos" were nothing but grilled steak on a tortilla, nothing else. No lettuce, tomato, beans, or anything. I called them to inquire as to what they sold me and the person that answered the phone, who wasn't the person that took the order btw, explained "that's what ala carte means to us." According to this person ala carte means a meat on a tortilla. I explained what ala carte means to the rest of the world and ate my cold meat on a cold tortilla. I always judge my Mexican restaurants on there food first always a chili relleno and taco side of refried beans. The chilirelleno fantastic it had a river of cheese and a white Sauce. Taco good. The beans great flavor!! Chips and salsa homemade both and great chips not greasy. Another thing I look for when I go to a restaurant how full is the parking lot. The parking lot was full. So we just moved to Cabot from Cheyenne, WY. We decided to eat at more local spots to ensure we are helping the local community. Nachos did not disappoint us. For such a small place, it WAS PACKED. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated immediately. The salsa here is SOOOOOOOO FRESH!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the Enchiladas Supremas. They were a 4.5 out of 5. Overall we will be back. The criticism I have is the backing. Finding a spot here is like trying to figure what's going with the government lol. read more

This place is usually pretty good. Went tonight (7pm) 28 July 2018 and all the food was terrible. Went with a group of 10 half the food came out and we waited for about 10 mins before the other half of our groups food came out. Worst part of all was there was about 20 dead flys next to the window right behind us. We were told they sprayed in the morning and by tomorrow all the flys will be cleaned up. read more

I recommend you come to this place. It is as close to authentic as you can get in the city of Cabot, AR! Best carnita tacos for sure. All I can say is wow! I've been to numerous Mexican restaurants but Nachos is definitely one of the best I've ever had! The service was excellent price was reasonable, but the flavor was nothing short of amazing! We went with a fairly large group and I had the chance to taste several dishes all of which were excellent. My wife ordered the Pollolango I may be spelling it wrong but it was a chicken dish with bacon covered in a creamy cheese sauce... definitely my favorite dish, but everything I had was fantastic. Excellent! Service was best service we've had in ages, it was clean n neat. Food was even better. We had ceiviche for appetizer n it was good. I had the carnitias , yum! Hubby had nachos special which was a blend of beef, chicken n shrimp and all the veggies, more like fahitas. Bottom line the entire experience was great.
