The price on each occasion was reasonable and they always picked up my car within the time prescribed and always left the receipt on my front seat (as advised). On one instance when I had a previous vehicle, they actually provided me with advice as to what could be wrong with the car. They were right!!!!! The service is always friendly and I have never felt like I was not being treated respectfully and given a fair price for the work that they have performed. This business has been a mainstay in the community for a long time and I am hoping they continue with our area for many, many more year! If you ever have a need to have your car towed, this is the place to go!

I got an honest quote for the work to be done & they knocked it out of the park in an extremely timely matter. The workmanship is on point, and the expertise in the field is at a professional level. As a professional business, they need to work on their communication skills and clarity. After going back and forth with the price when the job was done, I was rudely told to "go to Philly" to get my tint. This isn't indicative of quality customer service at all. If there was a more professional appointment system in place, then I would've received an e-mail with a price in black and white instead of playing the bait-and-switch game. She would not admit she quoted me what she indeed quoted me over the phone. I've had tint installed here 2 years ago but they have lost a repeat customer. I'm no longer referring people to spend money in this establishment. I came in here to spend my hard-earned money and I wasn't treated with respect at all.

Their prices are more than reasonable but the craftsmanship and pride in their work is why I'd go back and recommend them to friends and family. They use high quality carbon tint with a lifetime warranty and stand by their work. They did two of my vehicles in one day and stuck to the timeline they estimated. I've had three other cars tinted in the past and this was the best experience, best value, and fastest turnaround. It was comparable if not better than the tint job on the last car I owned which was tinted for twice the cost at a large tint shop in Towson. They truly care about the work they do and it shows. Top notch operation off route 3 in Crofton.
