I typically would avoid adjustments or seeing a chiropractor because of how intimidating it felt and hearing the neck crack was scary but Dr.Adam was very quick and made me feel comfortable. My father is a retired chiropractor and is unable to adjust me anymore so I've spent years trying to find a new chiropractor that is not gimmicky and famous because of TikTok. Dr. Nachmias is a true old school, no gimmicks chiro. He is efficient, super chatty, fun and strong. His adjustments are effective and he takes lots of insurance! His front desk staff are also hilarious and accommodating. I could tell the clients in his waiting room, that these patients have been seeing Dr Nachmias for years. He creates a family type environment. Note, one adjustment will not fix you. You need to be consistent and communicate your issues. Dr. nachmias will talk through the best approach: electro stim, stretching, and how frequent your adjustments should be. He also has medical massage therapists who come on Sundays. I have not taken advantage of this option yet but plan on doing so. read more
