I searched/inquired various locations near my home, reached out to this store's owner(?) two weeks ago in preparation of my close friend's bachelor party and requested order of t shirts so I can surprise him and wear that on Friday night (I know, it's cheesy, but I wanted to make a good memory). He responded telling me to send the file so I've sent it to him hoping to purchase through him. Initially I've received good responses, then the responses got late, later, until to the point where I got worried and constantly followed up on my order.
