The door to the store was open and upon entering, I saw two sales associates seated behind their desks. They didn't even lift their heads when we walked in; so of course, no "hello" or "welcome in". Oh, and they both had earphones in! They obviously did not want to be disturbed by questions or comments from any potential customers. As we made it to the back portion of the store, finally one of the sales associates sitting at her desk in the back told us to let her know if we needed anything. I hate to explicitly call someone out like this, but the other sales associate was SO rude to us. She is Asian, had wired earbuds in, and her desk is right behind the quartz samples. She had an extremely snobby attitude and was very dismissive of us. After we told her a little bit about our bathroom remodel, she just said, "Well, good luck" with a bratty tone. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time to stop in here; don't come in even if you just want to browse. The sales associates at D'Fine can't be bothered to greet you when you walk in, so they obviously couldn't handle getting up from behind their desks to show you samples & materials to start your design. I have seen teenagers run stores better than this. They have some pretty materials here, but the attitudes of the sales associates need a major fix. Seriously so off-putting and gross- don't come in here.

Tolga and Serdar were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the estimate, to the proposal, to the install itself, it could not have been a better experience. The materials that they use are top notch, they were incredibly respectful of the space in terms of cleaning up, etc. The prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the workmanship. Communication back and forth was always quick and easy. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen/upgrade.

They were patient with all of my many questions! Although the project was delayed by 4 months because of the pandemic, Kelly was very patient with rescheduling everything. The staff that came to my home for both the measuring and install were highly professional. Even the local Baltimore delivery company that delivered the cabinets (CDS) had great service. Granite and cabinets both arrived with no defects at all, and look great. Even if you live in Baltimore city it is worth the drive to their show room!

From the first moment, everything went flawlessly, which has not been my experience with other contractors. The company takes pride in its work and DOES sweat the details (in a good way!), ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to functionality, aesthetics, schedule, and costs. Their pricing was fair, and as someone who is a value-conscious consumer, I felt like the quality of the work - not to mention the ease of working with them - was tremendous for the price paid. They also were simply pleasant to have in our home for the better part of three months; they were always incredibly prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our entire family, including kids and cats, with a lot of care. At one point they even helped me push my stuck car out of the mud I'd parked in to free up spots for their trucks. I'm also including some photos so you can see the quality of their work. My very experienced realtor told me these look like remodels that cost twice the price. (I have the emails to prove both.) We went elsewhere and will never go back to Bray and Scarff. Ever. It is not to be trusted.
