Staff turnover is very high due to low pay, unrealistic expectations, and firing staff for reasons no other company would fire someone over. Administration doesn't care about the staff at all and cares more about firing employees over being a few minutes late or violating dress code. If you want to gain experience as a teacher or para, I'd work somewhere else...you might end getting fired over BS, or just be miserable the whole time.

You can get things from new laces to Gatorade. I think there might be a claw game also. A bunch of benches there to change. We used to leave our bag or sweatshirts there on busy days They have adjusted well to COVID-19 and have temperature checks and a form at entry. I appreciate that as many places do not so temperature checks at all. The gentleman working at the on-site skate shop was very friendly and helped a lot. He sized my foot and gave me 3 boots to try on. Turns out I have a wide foot according to the Reidell sizing guide and I never knew. He didn't put pressure on me to purchase immediately, but I will be back! They also sell some apparel which is cute.

If the owner gave a $&@& he would have given the kids an opportunity to get driving instruction once Covid restrictions lifted a month or two later. So it was basically instruct your own kids. My son failed his road test twice and I am no instructor, but I did my best. Owner just took the $ and ran!!
