Not only was he super nice/friendly but also made the class very enjoyable and made sure every one had the chance to ask questions and made the class atmosphere comfortable & fun. You can tell that Zach was happy to be there and teach this course. He made sure everyone was learning and knew what they were doing. It can be rare to find people who are passionate about what they're doing/teaching others but Zach was enthusiastic and made this class a great experience. He was smiley and energetic and overall good people. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. You never know when you may need to perform CPR and/or use an AED and/or have first aid knowledge to save someone's life! I'm overall very satisfied with how this class went and what I learned from it.

As long as you can make it up there and have gps, it's awesome. You'll get to meet people who have a similar profession to yours more than likely. Plus they had apple pie last time I went. The session flew and it was precisely the refresher I needed. If you have extra questions or need more practice, they'll be more than happy. It's always a good idea to update your skills. Giovanni (John) was amazing. He was extremely thorough from start the finish. He made sure each of us in attendance understood the material and allowed us to practice compressions and bag/mask as many times as needed to feel comfortable. John gave real life scenarios to help us all better understand the importance of CPR and proper technique as well as knowing your role and limitations. The equipment was clean and easy to use. The building is located conveniently right off the highway and easy to locate. The room was easy to find and well marked. Inside the room was spacious and clean. After taking one of their classes I decided to become a member of their ambulance corps because I loved the people here so much. (I have now been a happy member of Echo Hose Ambulance Corps for 2 years). The instructors here are incredibly knowledgable and want their students to learn in a way they can pass any state exam AND ALSO so that they can succeed out in the field. All of the instructors have given me and other students important lessons that aren't always in a book. Because of these great teachers I will feel more comfortable in an emergency, responding to 911 calls, and even MCIs. Echo Hose offers excellent quality classes and also very personable instructors that have passion for what they teach. Aside example of how great they are: During my state Recertification exam I was cold (I always am) and so I was hunched over taking the exam. One of the instructors, Pat, noticed. He went into the back office and came back with a fleece blanket and told me I could wrap that around myself to stay warmer. I finished off my exam more comfortably and warmer. Thank you Pat and the rest of the Echo Hose Training center team for always making those in your classes feel welcome and like family. I highly recommend taking the refresher courses, CPR classes, or any other EMS class Echo Hose offers.

I needed a renewal fast and searched online for local BLS renewal courses. After searching, I browsed LICPR.com website page. There was availability for a weeknight class at 6PM in Copaigue. I was happy with the times because most classes on Long Island were at 1:30/2PM start time on a weekday which is not convenient for workers or a whole day weekend course. Todd has to be my favorite CPR instructor I have met thus far. The material we learn each and every year is the same but he made it relatable which makes it more memorable which is definitely important if there is a life or death situation. I received my new card via email at the end of class. The location is above a fitness studio and has a large office space on the 2nd floor with a parking lot attached. I definitely will be going back here for my CPR renewal in 2 years and will definitely recommended this to my colleagues.
