We've now hired them twice, and both experiences were fantastic. The first time was for my in-laws' garage (photo attached), which hadn't looked that good in decades. The space was overflowing with a mix of items that needed sorting, hauling, and organizing -- and most junk removal companies I'd contacted only did one thing: either hauling or moving, but not the in-between work that actually makes a difference. Clarence's crew handled everything with care, patience, and total professionalism. They were respectful and thoughtful with my father-in-law, who's very particular about how things are done, and they made the entire experience feel easy instead of stressful. The second time, I needed help getting my own townhouse ready to rent while I was sick and overwhelmed. Once again, they showed up right on time, said "yes ma'am" to everything with a smile, and tackled every miscellaneous task I threw their way -- from organizing and moving items to hauling things out efficiently. Their estimates have been accurate and transparent every time. We did end up paying more for the first job, but only because they were so good that we kept adding tasks as we went -- and they communicated clearly about costs every step of the way. I can't recommend Buk'em Hauling & Junk Removal enough. They bring pride, respect, and warmth to their work -- the kind of attitude my Southern Army dad would be proud of. If you want a team that treats your home and your belongings like their own, these are your guys.
