N & C Marine SELLS BANK-OWNED REPO BOATS and they don't disclose this even when asked about the history and condition of the boat, so CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! N & C grossly misrepresented the condition of the boat I purchased online. N & C arranged transport and the boat arrived with $1,000 in new damage, as well as prior damage. It was not the "clean, like new, no cosmetic or mechanical damage, perfect, lake-ready" boat the general manager described. There was months, if not years of grime covering the boat, mold/mildew, standing water, clogged drains, and numerous scrapes, tears, stains, gouges, scratches on fiberglass, vinyl, trim, motor, an oil drip, a broken Bimini top that flies off on the road (transit damage), a non-working auto bilge pump. The boat in rough shape for a 2023 with only 24 hours on it. It was not until I received the paperwork that I discovered there was no title and they'd hidden that the boat was a bank owned repossession, which explained the condition. This was a misused, neglected boat that the owners knew would be repossessed, so they didn't bother to take care of it. "Good Faith" representation includes disclosing any and all known information that might affect a buyer's decision to purchase. The owner Nathan Rhodes ignored my emails asking him to make this right. I had no choice but to hire an attorney to receive a title 12 WEEKS after purchase with over half of lake season over. Even after a demand letter from my attorney, it took four weeks for a response, which was simply, "We sent the title." Shameful! read more

Boaters beware! N&C Marine Boats (https://m.facebook.com/ncmarineboats) in Martin, GA is dishonest and incompetent. It looks like all the other Yelpers agree, too. Here is the condition of my boat upon receiving my boat after warranty service: 1. Two out of three dead batteries. Both batteries were new as of 2016. $340 2. Was told boat would be gassed upon return. However, gas tank wasn't filled. Wiring was backwards so gas gauge showed full. Ran out of gas on the lake. Towed by police. 3. RPM gauge was stuck on 1k, gas gauge stuck on full, voltmeter showed zero, radio buzzing through speakers. Therefore, batteries were mis-wired. 4. Missing carabiners (Two 5" stainless steel plus 6 feet of premium black rope) $100 5. All boat items were placed in bags while wet, leading to mildew on some items. Approx. $50 of times ruined. 6. Engine was re-mounted on wrong bolts. Was supposed be on lowest setting to prevent cavitation. Service was reminded of this prior to remounting. $120 After repeated assurances (email and voicemail) from Nathan, the owner of N&C Marine, that my boat would be rewired and my rope and carabiners returned, Nathan is now refusing to repair the wiring and has kept my carabiners, citing he is too busy making sales for Memorial Day Weekend to be bothered with making a service call before hanging up on me. Therefore, I will file a small claims suit against N&C Marine. Additionally, today, I have left a message with the President of Apex Marine, Mark Dupuie. We added a ski tower an they hurried an imstalled it for it on for us last minute so we could have it for holiday weekend. Went in to buy a boat one of my first question where if the hull has any damage they promised me everything is fine and the boat was keept on a lift. I trusted them :-( Now i am finding cracks all over the place on the boat in the hull in the cockpit everywhere i also found blister all over the hull they sold me a pice of #$%$ for an ridiculous price. Brought the boat there to winterizing they damaged the hull someone did hit it with something and made a hole into the hull they try to repair it but no one did say anything about it. I contacted them two times they promised me they look at it but i never heared anything anymore from them. AGAIN FINGERS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!! I am very disappointed in this place and will make it very public how I feel. I bought a 2017 off the show room floor from this place in December, no warranty(stupid on our part). First time on the water in March, and only had it out about 6 times before breaking down. Took it to the mechanic and had it hooked to the machine. They said it had 37 hours on the motor(Yamaha Sho VMax) and it had a alarm go off at 23 hours that messed up the motor. We never had a alarm go off and there is no way we ran that motor 14 hours since we have had it. When I spoke to N&C marine, they would not help us in any way. The gentleman told me it wasn't their fault. But the guy did tell me they replaced the water pump. Why replace the water pump on an engine that only has 20 some hours on it? We have learned a hard lesson about purchasing without a warranty. The motor can be fixed for $11,000 or we can buy a new motor for about the same price, if we can even find one due to the shortage. It's very dirty for this company to do this, but I hope karma comes around to bite them in the ass. read more

We bought an awesome boat from N&C at a fair price! My wife and I search the internet looking for boats that we thought would fit our purposes and we settled on a Sea Ray Sundeck 240. We found the exact boat we were looking for on N&C's website. This was our first boat purchase so my wife and I didn't know what to expect. I called Wayne and asked a ton of questions prior to making the 6 hour trip to N&C. Prior to leaving Wayne called back to give me a heads up on a few imperfections they found during the detailing of the boat. We looked the boat over and it was exactly how it had been represented over the phone by Wayne. We took it for a test drive with the aid of the service team as I'd never owned a boat and they were great! We took the boat home had it serviced, we've been on the lake with it 10 times this summer and our family loves it! read more

In June 2015 I took delivery of used boat and Trailer. I was assured by Jesse (Sales person) the boat and trailer was inspected and free of any problems.  When leaving N&C Marine dealership with the trailer and boat in tow, one of the wheels of the trailer apparently malfunctioned and almost came off the trailer. Fortunately, I had only traveled two to three blocks away. I immediately returned and pointed out the issues to the service manager. The very next morning I left my home with the boat and trailer in tow and no more then 5 miles from my home a second wheel on the trailer began smoking. I pulled over inspected the wheel and found the same issue with another wheel. At that point I could not tow the trailer any further and I had to call for recovery services.  A reputable dealer inspected the trailer and found the drums, seals, bearings, brake shoes, brake lines and brake line connectors either corroded, stripped, and or in inoperable condition. Upon further inspection of the axles, the technicians found the axles had been ground with power tools and at one point one of the axles had drug the ground causing serious damage.    The final repair bill was $1457.04.  N&C Marine graciously sent me a check for $500.00 after I complained. When I called again and spoke with Jessy (sales person) I was told the owner felt the $500 was sufficient and would cover any repairs. Boat chop shop!! Stay away from this place!!! I talked to them over email several times before I drove 3 hours to see a boat. I liked it and we emailed back and forth several more times. One of the biggest drawbacks in this area for a boat is if it has been used in salt water. He told me several times it had not. I bought the boat because I had no reason not to trust him. Well that was a flat out lie, a local dealership looked at my boat a month later and said the boat had definitely been in salt water just by looking at it for 5 seconds. There have been no serious mechanical problems yet but my fingers are crossed. The owner also didn't tell me the boat had been repoed before he bought it. I guess that's why he never gave me the information on the previous owner or any prior service records. I should have known something was a screwy about this place because after I had purchased the boat and went to pick it up they showed me a bunch of boats that had been wrecked or blown motors that they were "fixing" and reselling.
