The family wanted something that could be brought to the cemetery and then brought to the repast. Obviously a spray would not work but when explaining what I wanted in terms of color and flowers and that I wanted something in a container that could be easily brought from one place to another, this is what we received (two of them). My brother-in-laws family was so happy. What a beautiful job, for the amount I wanted to spend AND only with one day's notice. Wow! I highly recommend the creativity, efficiency and customer service we received at Centerpiece Florist My in-law's were thrilled and you can see why. Wish I still lived in NY to be able to use them again.

Her work on my chuppah was stunning. It made me so calm and confident about my choice leading up to the day.

Unfortunately for the bride and groom, it was incredibly rainy so we didn't get to experience the pretty grounds and an outdoor ceremony. The did a lovely job setting up the ceremony in the reception area of the tent. Upon entering the tent, guests were greeted with a drink wall that included 3 cocktails. We hung out in the cocktail side of the tent until we were showed to the ceremony space. When you hear tent you think, is it going to be comfortable? I have to say this one was. While I thought it was a bit warm when we first entered, it cooled off as the night went on. The draping and chandeliers are beautiful and the room is spacious as is the dance floor. The cocktail hour included maybe 7 stations, each with it's own theme and cocktail to pair with the food. For example the sushi station offered saki and Japanese beer. There were also passed hor'dourves. The food was pretty good and the bartenders made great drinks. Dinner started off with a grilled peach salad. For the entree the NY Strip was a hearty portion; some were cooked better than others, served with lovely asparagus and mashed potatoes. It included a Rosemary sauce which was kind of overpowering. After the cake cutting, they opened the cocktail are back up and it transformed into a dessert room. S'mores, sundaes, pastries, churros they had it all. They also had a dessert martini table and they made an excellent espresso martini shaken to order. All the staff we encountered was wonderful and friendly. Even though the rain may have put a damper on the original plans, West Hills did a fabulous job making sure the day was still amazing.

The staff was friendly and courteous, bride & bridesmaid prep room with bathroom was luxurious, spacious and conveniently located next to the event tent. There was a nominal fee per person but well worth it. DJ started the banquet with well wishes to the engaged couples and a their dance, nice touch! A definite recommendation, for all this and still best value.

On several occasions we mentioned their names at the event, when guests needed something, and they came to our aid before we were able to finish the sentence. Thank you Paula for standing up and allowing our voice to be heard for the ceremony processional/events; it was great having someone there with the experience and expertise to put it all together. The reception site looked beautiful and I tell everyone without hesitation that it was because of Everlasting. Everlasting was worth every penny and then some. My wife and I debated about the need for a wedding coordinator. Looking back now, next to picking the dress and reception site, Everlasting was what we are most happiest with. However, as the groom, I absolutely did not have to endure a 'bridezilla.' Jacqueline and Darryl were the primary factors for this. Jacqueline was at every dress fitting, and the bridal shower. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of. Faith Ferguson is a wedding planner extraordinaire. At our first meeting, she walked us through her…read moreprocess, discussed our budget with us in a comfortable yet productive way and made sure to understand what was most important to us on our big day. From there, Faith procured a contract that was specifically designed to our needs and budget, which took away the need for multiple rounds of negotiations and revisions. When it comes to Faith, she makes everything easy. Once we officially started working with Faith, it was off to the races. She was diligent, giving us multiple checklists and timelines of what tasks we needed to complete and associated due dates. This helped us stay organized and gave us the direction we needed. Nevertheless, she still walked us through each item to make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. She helped us negotiate numerous vendor agreements, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. One thing I loved about working with Faith - she introduced us to several wonderful vendors, but also had no problem working with vendors we found on our own. Faith is the ultra-professional. You know those horror stories you hear from friends of thousands of dollars of unexpected costs coming up in the last couple of weeks leading to their wedding? We were done planning everything and had the last month to spare, allowing us to truly enjoy the final weeks leading up to our big day. Faith had every single detail covered; there are no surprises with Faith. Faith's problem solving ability is what I'd say most distinguishes her from other professionals in the space. When we second guessed some of the choices we had made - Faith was there to speak to the vendors and make sure they would adjust their plans around what we needed. More than anything - Faith was an emotional rock for us. She understands how weddings can exacerbate difficult family dynamics and she helped us ensure everyone remained excited and positive about the big day. At the wedding - Faith jumped into action. We did not worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Every vendor arrival, setup detail, timeline concern - Faith was on it. She organized the whole day like a pro and by the time we arrived to our venue, it was sparkling. The entire day went off without a hitch - again, no surprises with Faith. She kept our bridal party and family informed of the timeline and made sure we didn't fall behind, which is no easy feat. We had the night of our lives and were worry free- we just knew Faith had it all handled. Not a single thing went wrong on our big day and that's completely a testament to Faith. If you're looking for the wedding planner that has it all - look no further, Faith is it!
