I visited the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center for a hyprov show and I loved it. The theatre is quaint, intimate, and there was a huge parking lot that accommodated all vehicles. The venue is easy to navigate and the staff were all very helpful throughout my visit. We scored seats in the third row from the stage for a fantastic price. I would absolutely return here for a show based on what a fabulous time I had.

The place is kept very clean. The help couldn't been more helpful and congenial. We ate there and the food was so delicious. Can't believe I haven't been here before. If you get a chance to go here don't hesitate. Loved my evening and Wayne Newton was unbelievable. Couldn't have been happier.

The SLPAC has been purchased by the Town of Chester and has secured a couple awesome promoters bringing Class A shows to your backyard. Jim Breuer, Brian Regan, Blue Oyster Cult, Almost Queen, Anthony Rodia, Soultown to Motown and Best of the Eagles are just some of the talents. Check the website www.sugarloafpacny.com to see the lineup of future shows. The 689 seat theater is available to rent for your next company meeting/seminar. They also have an attached indoor pavilion to rent for your next birthday/anniversary/sweet 16 party as well as intimate wedding. Alcohol is also available during shows.

Just went here tonight to see Randy Travis, this venue is awesome. Looks like a giant barn, small enough so every seat is a great seat. Small bar upstairs, accepts cards. Everything was clean and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. Parking lot right on the side of the building, very short walk to get to the front door. We're already looking at future events to come back!

I was in trouble, now I had very little time to reorder. My sister was dear to me and I needed to get something there but time had run out. I did a quick search and found Corwin Florist in the next town over. From the reviews they looked like they had a good reputation so I called. Colleen picked up the phone, awesome person. I explained what had happened and she told me they were busy but she thought she could fulfil the order. I felt relief at those words. Placed my order and prayed for the best. I still wanted a beautiful piece, something worthy for my sister but I felt like I'd have to settle for whatever they sent. I was out of time. However, Colleen came through, she sent a gorgeous piece and it meant everything on a sad, bleak day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I wasn't a previous customer, I was a stranger to her. But you could tell, I was still important to her. She kept her word about getting it there on time. So thanks you Collen you're the best! Thank you Corwin Florist.

Easy communication with Dave as I kept on adding/subtracting things. They were prompt and efficient setting up and dismantling. A word of caution to couples considering Next Level Tents for their wedding…read more I rarely feel compelled to leave a review like this, but our experience with Next Level Tents was stressful, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable for a company providing services for such an important event. We hired Next Level Tents for our September 19, 2026 wedding. We booked in February, paid our deposit, and later accommodated a change in tent size after it was determined that the original tent wouldn't fit at our venue. We paid the additional deposit requested and believed everything was in order. Our invoice clearly stated that our remaining balance of approximately $3,000 was due October 11, 2026 -- three weeks AFTER our wedding. We planned our wedding budget accordingly. On September 15, just FOUR DAYS before our wedding, we received another invoice reminder from Next Level Tents, again explicitly stating that our balance was due October 11. The very next day, we were suddenly told that the entire $3,000 balance needed to be paid immediately or our rentals might not be delivered. When we questioned this, the company acknowledged in writing that the October 11 due date was a clerical error on their part. Despite acknowledging responsibility, they initially refused to accommodate the payment schedule they had repeatedly provided us. Instead, they offered to refund our deposit if we couldn't pay immediately. Imagine being two days away from your wedding and being told that the tent, tables, and chairs you've arranged months in advance might not show up because of a mistake the rental company made on its own invoices. Our wedding planner had to intervene and advocate extensively on our behalf. Ultimately, the company agreed to honor the original payment arrangement, and the rentals were delivered. For the record, we paid our remaining balance in full before the October 11 deadline originally provided to us. At no point were we attempting to avoid payment or evade our financial obligations. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve much when it came to the quality of the equipment. While the tent itself was lovely, several of the rented tables were in poor condition. Some had to be rigged just to remain standing properly. We made it work because, at that point, what other choice did we have? But after the tremendous stress surrounding the payment situation, we had hoped that at the very least the quality of the rentals would justify the ordeal. It didn't. I want to be clear: We never disputed the amount we owed, and we always intended to pay our balance. We simply expected the company to honor the payment terms it had provided us in writing, including in a reminder sent just days before our wedding. I understand that businesses make mistakes. What matters is how they handle them. In our experience, Next Level Tents took responsibility for the clerical error in words, but initially expected us to bear the consequences of that error at the worst possible time. To other brides and grooms: Please be cautious. Get everything in writing, save copies of your invoices, confirm payment deadlines well in advance, and ask questions about the condition of the equipment you'll be receiving. Your wedding vendors should be people you can depend on to reduce stress, not create a crisis days before your wedding. Our wedding was wonderful, but that was in spite of this experience, not because of it. I would not recommend Next Level Tents based on how our situation was handled and the condition of some of the equipment we received.

Faith Ferguson Productions over promises and under delivers. If you're "hoping" for a great event,…read morethey have a good story. Unfortunately, hope is not a strategy. Countless mistakes, lack of communication, and failure to deliver were consistent throughout the planning stage. Not surprisingly, those same traits were there on the day of the event as well. This is one event planner you will not regret avoiding.

Faith Ferguson is a wedding planner extraordinaire. At our first meeting, she walked us through her…read moreprocess, discussed our budget with us in a comfortable yet productive way and made sure to understand what was most important to us on our big day. From there, Faith procured a contract that was specifically designed to our needs and budget, which took away the need for multiple rounds of negotiations and revisions. When it comes to Faith, she makes everything easy. Once we officially started working with Faith, it was off to the races. She was diligent, giving us multiple checklists and timelines of what tasks we needed to complete and associated due dates. This helped us stay organized and gave us the direction we needed. Nevertheless, she still walked us through each item to make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. She helped us negotiate numerous vendor agreements, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. One thing I loved about working with Faith - she introduced us to several wonderful vendors, but also had no problem working with vendors we found on our own. Faith is the ultra-professional. You know those horror stories you hear from friends of thousands of dollars of unexpected costs coming up in the last couple of weeks leading to their wedding? We were done planning everything and had the last month to spare, allowing us to truly enjoy the final weeks leading up to our big day. Faith had every single detail covered; there are no surprises with Faith. Faith's problem solving ability is what I'd say most distinguishes her from other professionals in the space. When we second guessed some of the choices we had made - Faith was there to speak to the vendors and make sure they would adjust their plans around what we needed. More than anything - Faith was an emotional rock for us. She understands how weddings can exacerbate difficult family dynamics and she helped us ensure everyone remained excited and positive about the big day. At the wedding - Faith jumped into action. We did not worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Every vendor arrival, setup detail, timeline concern - Faith was on it. She organized the whole day like a pro and by the time we arrived to our venue, it was sparkling. The entire day went off without a hitch - again, no surprises with Faith. She kept our bridal party and family informed of the timeline and made sure we didn't fall behind, which is no easy feat. We had the night of our lives and were worry free- we just knew Faith had it all handled. Not a single thing went wrong on our big day and that's completely a testament to Faith. If you're looking for the wedding planner that has it all - look no further, Faith is it!
