The ambience is so quaint, but yet so regal. The menu is just the right size not overwhelming. The owner Loe is a fabulous chef he is bringing the family flavor by using his grandmother's recipes. September is a great time to try this restaurant as September 15 is the Independence Day for Mexico and two of my favorite foods are served than Pozole it's been debated if it's a soup or stew but either way it wonderful, the second traditional meal I love is Chiles en Nogada have to say since I've moved to the Yucatan I always look forward to these two dishes and MáLe has got to be the very best.
