The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

He seems very aggressive and will yell at you to say that the music needs to be off at 10 pm. He will curse and threaten to call the cops and tell you that the company said there is a curfew when there isn't. That's the only reason for the four stars. I did call the company and they took care of it very fast and very professionally but it Kind of makes you feel uncomfortable that he's there.
