It would also have been more convenient if the leftover condiments had been packed in containers or trays rather than small Ziploc bags. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

I recently had the pleasure of using MyTea boba catering service for an event, and I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The tea itself was absolutely delicious and authentic to Taiwanese flavors, and it was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used in the preparation.
