I had called around 2 pm to inquire for the last available unit of that size and had arranged to come in that day after work to rent the unit before they close. I got there around 4:15 and they had sold the unit we had talked about :/ Fortunately they were willing to give me the next size up for the same price which definitely showed some integrity and good faith. This is a great location for anyone living downtown and there rent is a bit cheaper than other storage facilities in the area

Clearly no one is answering or checking messages. I understand this is "self storage" but if the site manager (or whomever) posts something to an auction site, and requires you to go in person to pay, I'd expect better service Somehow someone is still sending me offers through the storage auction site for a different unit for free, but is still unable to contact me so I can make payment to the unit I won.

Our move was slightly unusual because we had a starting point and ending point and two stops in between. At each stop we were dropping off some items and picking up additional items. I loved that we had a straight hourly rate. Shaheem and his co-worker (I unfortunately can't remember his name) were both fantastic. They used incredible care in wrapping everything and making sure nothing was damaged. Everything that needed to be taken apart was then put together perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with the move and all of the interaction we had with the staff. A bonus was one of the movers had an amazing voice and we were blessed to hear him sing occasionally. It definitely brightened our day!

Did I mention how they drove the truck into the back of a storage building and left? Absolutely horrible- don't know how they are in business!
