They are very good about spreading out all the work I need done, which will be a lot. We are taking it one procedure at a time. Dr. Garrett was very nice and professional. He and staff explained everything every step of the way. He had no problem with my husband being in the room for support (unlike the previous dentist which was very creepy) I had two teeth removed and I can happily say the almost immediate relief I felt was amazing. The staff was very caring about my level of pain and made sure I was properly numb for the removal and informed for the recovery. The front desk staff is always very friendly. While Dr. Garrett may be young he is much more competent then many other older dentists I have seen. 5 stars happily given!

The front desk was so friendly and Stephanie (the hygienist) was amazing. I had a root canal in the past that I had issues with and she spent so much time teaching me more about how to keep it healthy. The next day, my teeth felt SO clean. Really, she did a phenomenal job. And then there is Dr. Ku! He is great- really took time to teach me and did not make me feel rushed at all. He is very knowledgeable! The scariest thing for me is when I have a cavity and need numbing- I hardly even felt the shot and I didn't feel a thing throughout my procedure. His assistant, Dana, did a great job of making me feel relaxed when I felt the most anxious! This is my favorite dentist office. I highly recommend!

The first time I got the 'I can't ethically perform a less expensive…read moreprocedure on you' I bit the bullet (pun intended??) and got a root canal and crown on a tooth that could have just been pulled. But then I went in for a regular cleaning (covered by insurance) and once again got the 'ethical' story. They said I needed a deep cleaning in some areas (which I totally believe), however, after paying for the root canal & crown I wasn't willing to fork out $500+ and asked for the regular cleaning till I could afford to come back. They told me it wasn't ethical to do less than what 'I needed' and I told them goodbye. Proceed with caution folks. Very disappointing

My child's dentist had been warning us gum graft surgery was in her future and when it was time for…read moreher to get her wisdom teeth out they also recommended a periodontist to look at her gums. Dr. Almasri was abrupt at our first appointment and told her she wasn't taking adequate care of her teeth and if she continued on that way she'd lose them all in her 40s. I think he was trying to scare her a bit so I wasn't too concerned. We scheduled a deep cleaning done over the course of two visits and he and his assistants were gentle but thorough. They asked about her comfort throughout the procedure and made sure she was okay afterwards. Then it was time for the gum graft. That is a rough surgery but he walked her through it and answered all her questions. When it came time for the surgery he was as kind and caring as could be. They even called the next day to check on her. Unfortunately, three days later the roof of her mouth hemorrhaged at 11 o'clock at night but Dr. Almasri answered his cell phone and sent us straight to the ER. While we were there he spoke with the ER physician and we came to find out he was in Germany for a funeral. The fact that he took our calls while he was out of the country and did his best to troubleshoot from there cemented how caring of a doctor he is. I highly recommend Dr. Almasri for your periodontist needs. While he can be abrupt, his goal is to get your teeth and gums right and then not see you again.

Then I saw Dr. Lambourbe, he concluded that I would need to use their third party dentist to remove my wisdom teeth. The problems came with the "outside" dentist and his assistant that come into the office every other week for the removal. The assistants name was Olivia and she had an attitude. I wasn't sure if it was because I decline the additional services, or customer service just wasn't a priority. It was an unpleasant interaction from beginning to end. Before leaving I asked if there was ice I could use and she said I don't know this isn't my office. So when I went to the front to pay, I asked the staff and Olivia said I was just about to get it. Well, I wouldn't know because of your previous response. The paperwork I was given didn't have any signatures for the prescriptions. Then Olivia said I was just about to do that. So then that should have been done before handing me my paperwork. Then the trouble came with filling prescription. I let them know there was issue and if they could let the dentist know. 3 hours go by, no one calls, so I call back. Whoever answered the call was rude, asks me if " I'm in pain?". It was a mess. Then as time goes by I realized I was never given a follow up appointment. So I call to inquiry and the receptionist was like okay well do you notice any pain or discomfort. I said no but I wanted to make sure I was looked at and she says " Well everything is good on our end". I was so turned off. It felt like I was just a transaction, no concern for care. Would never be back or recommend a person to experience what I did.

My mother (age 76) saw this dentist and was told she needed major dental work replacing old crowns…read more The doctor created a plan that would have required work on almost all of her teeth. She was told they would sedate her and do it in two phases (top & bottom). She was quoted $16,000 for the first phase and then they helped my mother open a line of credit to pay for it all. Thankfully she called me before she had the work done. I took her to my trusted family dentist when she came for a visit. Our dentist took new x-rays and said that in fact NOTHING they recommended was necessary. She also reviewed all of the billing codes they quoted and found questionable billing throughout - many codes were duplicated/unnecessary. She said what they wanted to do was absolutely criminal, and she is planning to report this practice to the TX State Board of Dental Examiners. I'm disgusted that someone would take advantage of an elderly patient like this, and I'm also left wondering how many times they've done this before. Terrible.
