I have one child with a gag reflex which can cause some frustration for both parties and they have been so sweet and helpful in making her experience the best they can. She's made it through phase 1 and onto phase 2! Dr. Stewart, Brian & the staff have all made us feel welcome and understood. The office has the latest technologies, clean and Covid conscious but still has the home town feel that I know I love in a dental/medical setting for myself and my kids.

Utterly Horrible. We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. My son was called back for xrays…read morerather quickly. Then sat in a hygienist chair waiting for 40 minutes... at 10:15 I asked when he was going to be seen. The office manager came in and I asked how much longer it was going to take for him to be seen. She told me they schedule for 90 minute appointments. At this point we had already spent 50 waiting to see a hygienist. I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist. Unless you like being talked down to, your time disrespected, and being treated like you're an inconvenience... then this is obviouslythe place for you.

After about 1.5-2ish years of going here, they have 100% of the time been amazing in every aspect! They have worked with me to utilize my insurance as much as possible and then with flexible and reasonable payment plans for anything insurance didn't cover. I can't even count the number of times my child popped a wire or needed some sort of fix. All of the breaks were of no fault from the staff or the quality of work they did, but because she would eat things she wasn't supposed to or play rough and get injured in the face/mouth. Even so, whenever I called to schedule a repair, they were understanding, got us in quickly, and usually super last minute. I'm sure it's all a part of the package for her kind of ortho work, but I know a lot of places can(an do) use every opportunity to bill you a fee for "emergency repair", "replacepent parts", or literally whatever they felt like making up and tacking on to your bill. They never did, and I am more than grateful. Every one of their staff, from the front desk to the doctors are so kind and welcoming and never made me feel like a burden when I was overwhelmed and outnumbered by kids 3 to 1. They were understanding, and whenever possible, they would even help hold or play with my younger kids so I could give the doctor my full attention and really make sure I understood my daughter's care plan. I have to say, my absolute favorite thing about Dr. Maeson and his staff, is the respect they show not only me but my child. With most medical places, even though the child is the patient, they are almost completely ignored by the dentists, doctors, nurses, etc. The doctors typically adress the parents while the kid just sits there and gets talked about by the adults as if they aren't even there. This is one of my biggest pet peeves, and not one person here has ever done this to my child. She is the patient, and she is old enough to discuss her own body with a medical professional. There was always the perfect balance of respect and information sharing between myself as the parent and my child as the patient. I love them for that! I have referred so many here and I will continue to do so.
