Now that's customer service! He and his staff exude professionalism and he knows more cutting-edge technique than any other dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Wright's office is full of all the bells and whistles we've come to expect, with premium equipment, flat screens,and headsets, and he's more than willing to seek out and purchase any proprietary tools to work on other dentists work. He has such a cohesive staff that works well together. They are very competitively priced and have early hours, too, so it's easy to get in before work. His staff is fantastic, but the dentist himself is incompetent and really rude. I came out of a deep cleaning/filling appointment in terrible pain, and I am now having to have his work corrected by an oral surgeon. He won't even admit that the pain started with his work. "It is probably a coincidence," he said... well, I better buy a lotto ticket if the abscess that started growing in my mouth the day I saw him was just a "coincidence" and had nothing at all to do with the needles he stuck in my gums. He was also extremely unempathetic about the whole issues, and didn't seem to care at all whether I was in pain. There are a ton of dentists in Weatherford--be safe and steer far clear of here!

So, I contacted a few local dentists for obtaining information on what the process would be. A couple other dental offices did not show courtesy and return calls. I took what I thought a logical next step and contacted Affordable Dentures. My reasoning was why should I utilize an office that does dentures as a side business when I could use a dental office whose sole business was dentures and related. Smart move on my part if I may say so. Everyone at the office was friendly, cheerful and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered. It seemed that on my very first visit, the entire staff learned my name. Each step of the process was well explained so there were no surprises. My new partial was finished and ready early this week. All is good with my new partial. It was suggested that I wait for about a week to 10 days to find if I needed an adjustment, and if so, call and come back in. The process, staffing, the lead dentist (Dr. K) and his assistant were all so much different (Better) that the process for my former partial. Very happy I chose them for my dental related work.

I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist. At our previous dentist we only paid for fluoride applications. Beacon hadn't sent any bills or reached out to us since the dental cleanings 6 months ago. Now Beacon is saying we owe more than $1100. We called our dental insurance today and sure enough, they are out of network. Cannot be trusted. United Concordia and BCBS Insurance both say they have to honor their word. Call your insurance first and get anything in writing before any treatment is administered.
