After weeks of confusion from the front office Dr Goodwin called me and confirmed this. I made two more appointments one for a cleaning because I was due and one for the fillings. I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist.
