Shocking service. Actually no service at all. I took a day off work so that I could be home at my computer when speaking to MyPort. But, I basically just wasted a whole day. And that was just trying to contact MyPort. Took about 8 hours before I could actually get to speak to someone. And that was a waste of time.
By the end of the day, I think I would have had steam coming out of my ears. I was that frustrated. And this was not improved when some smooth talker from MyPort actually called me but spoiled his pitch when he said that there was no evidence that I had been trying to contact them all day.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this mob. They do not have a clue about customer service. read more
