He went the extra mile demonstrating how the fire-compliant lock he recommended and installed should be used and was very vocal about the possible shortcomings of same. He also provided solutions and discussed our options in detail. He rekeyed a lock on a door that was not quite in its proper place. I had an old style lock that was built into a steel gate and rang almost every "lock expert" in Brisbane without success. I finally found someone who was prepared to help and they actually made a copy of the broken part so I did not have to change the whole door.
