They told me it was heavily infested, and there was likely damage. They assured me I was in good hands, and were able to repair my Xbox and clean out all the roaches. Both gentlemen there (can't remember your names, I'm sorry) were honest, kind, professional, and communicative throughout the repair. They notified me four days later that it was a problem with the motherboard. Even though the CPU debugging light was on. They try having me pay $600 for them to repair the motherboard. Not even replace it. they were going to actually mess with the motherboard. And the math wasn't really making sense. My motherboard is just under $230. I did not proceed with them with my build and when I got my build back, it was missing screws throughout. I'll recommend before proceeding with them with repairs if you still have warranty under any of your components, go through the manufacturer use your warranty To get the component replaced

I tried at home with a dedicated data cable, but kept getting bounced to the cloud to first save there then reload the new one. Needless to say, three days of frustration let me to Computer Repair Garage. I dropped off my laptop around lunch, and requested a rush. They did not promise I would have it back today, instead explaining they would do their best, but it all would hinge on data amounts, and rate of transfer, which they could not really control. Anyways, they controlled something because I got a text three hours later and the new one was ready. I was so thrilled as I had lots of work to do, that I even offered they could charge more for the rush. The politely declined and asked that I keep them in mind for future needs. Definitely will! Thanks, guys!

There's a $90 diagnostic fee that must be paid up front, but if you're like me and you're full of anxiety over yet another computer breakdown, that's a small price to pay especially when their success rate in solving my problems has been 100% so far.
