I asked three times whether they accepted my insurance. Each time, I was assured they did. 1st appointment, the receptionist took a photo of my insurance card. After two appointments, that same receptionist informed me that the PT office did not accept my insurance (yes, I paid the co-pay). Just received a bill for the balance, despite my efforts to ascertain my treatments were covered. Their mistake caused me to have to wait an additional 3 weeks before I could get into another office, setting my recovery back significantly. Look elsewhere for your PT. Would give them a zero rating if I could.

Using a physical therapist, I learned, is not a cure-all - often you need to continue to do the exercises at home for a long time, or forever. And i would hate to have someone who really needs this service like i did suffer the same fate as me. I have disabilities and i can't drive to well and this service was brought up with me and it was fine at first then problems started to arise. I work 40 hours a week at my job from 7 am till 3 pm the main driver that i was assigned to was aw full i requested a new driver countless times and they would not change it. He let me know at the last minute he could not find a ride for me to get home and i ended up stranded at work for a good hour. He continuously slept in and his boss actually called me one day and told me he slept in and its pretty sad when a boss tells u he sleeps in. But if i tried that at my job i would be fired.They had no sympathy what so ever and out of the blue with no warning prior i got a termination letter from the program. They will lie to get you out of the program if there is something they don't like about you and to me i don't think that is right they need to hire new management and get things in order.I would hate to see a person with disabilities who really needs this service to get it cancelled for no reason. that is not how a company works and i have never heard of a company that does that in my life.
