Tim responded instantly and we messaged back and forth for awhile about my issue. I decided to schedule an assessment and am glad I did. He was able to get me in the next day to evaluate, diagnose, and treat my shoulder issue in just one session. On top of this, he was extremely professional and knowledgable in his field. In addition to addressing my pain, Tim helped me gain a significant amount of range of motion in my shoulder. He also taught me the proper ways to strengthen my weak points and improve my posture. My wife and I have used Precision over a dozen times. Regardless of when I've called, I've yet to wait on hold for lass than a half hour. I suspect they route their calls through the New York BMV. Seriously, I live fifteen miles from the Chardon office, and could easily drive there (picking up a coffee on the way) walk up to the desk, make an appointment or get a question answered in less time in less time that using the phone. The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. If I were "number two," I'd prolly get faster service by writing a letter. All they say when I ask, is we're very busy." I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. I just made my LAST appointment them, but while I'm waiting for my appointment, I'm shopping. I won't be using them again.
