He jumped in and poked wherever, disregarding my actual problem areas. I am very displeased with his rapid visit and neglect of what I was there to pay for. When I called the office to get a touch up due to unsatisfactory results, I was told it would cost more. Super overpriced and lack of compassion for the patient experience. I would not recommend.

They're billing practices are horrible. They sent me statements that did not reflect what I had paid and which demanded additional payments. When I called to discuss it with them they wouldn't answer my questions and told me they were too busy to talk to me about it. The follow up visits at Advanced Vision Care in Sulphur Springs were not billable yet I also got another bill from the Sulphur Springs office. Next, over a year after surgery, I get another bill from Mt. Pleasant saying I owed even more. I won't do any more business with either office and I certainly don't recommend them or their associates.
