I have a very strong prescription and they got it right the very first time - something their competitors seldom do. Today, I was seeing my doctor in Memphis and as I was going out of the building, adjusting my mask, my glasses slipped off my face and fell hard onto a marble floor. Much to my horror, the frames shattered. I was not looking forwards to having to do without glasses for a week (I am nearly blind without glasses). But my husband suggested we go back to EyeMart Express and see if we could buy new frames (the guarantee had just expired in May). Much to my surprise, they had the exact same frames, and even offered them in an alternate color! I was so relieved!!!! And then the helpful associate asked me about vision insurance. It hadn't occurred to me to use it. So for less than $6, my lenses were popped out of the old frames and into my new ones. The whole process took 20 minutes! I am never going to get glasses anywhere else now!

We have been to the Jackson location a few times in the past year and have always had good service until we had a situation that required me to speak to the store manager who was just coming back from lunch. I could tell right away that she had no desire to talk to me because of her dismissive attitude. When I asked for her to come to the table we were at,, she was not happy about it. I told here that I wanted to put prescription lenses into a Ray Ban frame and she said America's best no longer cuts lenses for Ray Ban brand. I had just been looking at a wall full of Ray Bans. I asked her why they carried the product if they dont make lenses for them and she said she didn't know. I could tell she was making things up which I couldn't understand why. When I questioned the truth about her statements she got sarcastic and rude and left. I couldn't believe that a manager had so little customer service knowledge and was so rude. Needless to say I don't want to deal with a store manager who should be in the back not in the front talking with customers who are spending their hard earned money at the store. I know labor market is tough but this was bad. The rest of the employees were pretty nice. No wonder this location has such low ratings. Starts with the manager.

So even though they are representatives for brands they can't and won't order any other styles made by the brand other than what is in house which in my case was only one style.
