Service is quick, items are limited but the necessities are there (aspirin, cold medicine, bandaids, bandages, etc.) I can't rave about their praises enough! I love Mercy Medical Center! 5 star for sure

I talked to my primary care doc ( who I also love) and he called Dr. Cavanaugh. Before he even finished telling Cavanaugh about me, he was getting things in place to see me. Dr. Cavanaugh has a great bedside manner and is a greatly skilled surgeon. He repaired and straightened my back and did more for me than I imagined. He has a PA, Mina who is equally skilled and caring and both of them take their time to listen and answer all your questions and don't rush you out. In fact, his whole staff is just as dedicated, hard working, kind, and efficient. When we were in the waiting room, his staff brought around snacks and water. Who does that? To get a doctor who is so amazing can happen but to get a doctor and staff that are equally amazing is incredibly rare. I would not allow any other orthopedic surgeon touch my back. Dr. Cavanaugh and staff are my precious gems!

While trying to update my insurance card for the new year, the admin got fixated on her inability to use the new FSA card. She refused to look at it to enter the new 3-digit code or expiration date into their system while complaining it was expired. She eventually gave up and told me to enter it via MyChart. I had to go back up to get her to scan my actual insurance card and be given it back. I fully expect this bill to be submitted wrong and all because she couldn't do her job.

Dr. Jeffrie Brodie, who is a foot and ankle specialist, is amazing! He listens and explains everything that is happening. If you are having foot surgery, it's a long process. I don't know anything about any of the other doctors in the practice, but I highly recommend Dr. Brodie!

(It is an hour and half drive for me.) I'm in a lot of pain but decided it was worth the wait. Suddenly then sent a "reminder" that my appointment is at 11:15. I called to let them know that a mistake was made and spoke to two of the rudest, most unprofessional women (one was named Hilary) I have encountered in medical setting. No apology. No sorry we made a mistake. And "That's when he takes his lunch. He can't see you then. Do you want to reschedule or not?" Some people have no business interacting with patients. As the practice grew, I was pushed through their system with many doctors. (loh, Arain, shiv, Ebo) I liked Dr Ebo, he was the primary care for my family (except my mom) Fast forward they open their Dundalk location and now are a one stop shop, which is great. Scheduling appointments to see your treating physician is not easy, they dont have openings for weeks or when you call to make an appointment they want you to see their NPs. With that said, Charlie, the "nursse mgr" informed me that "Mace Medical has 20,000 patients and when he speaks he speaks for all the doctors there, if your not happy, find another provider" Charlie also proceeded with snark comments regarding my Jan. 25th 2025 visit with Dr. Ebo Yes, after 30 yrs of primary care, the Doctors there allow their staff to dismiss patients. Through their Healow app I requested a prescription refill to hold me over because I found a new doctor. Just like that, my refills were sent and they took away my access to their app, which was medical records and history needed for a new primary.
