Content: I went to…read moreDr. Ohearn for knee surgery.I had a subchondroplasty. I am in more pain & mobility compromised than I was prior to surgery. I do ALL my exercises daily as I walked/ran 6-7 mi/day + 3 mi beachwalk in evenings.I was in excellent shape & active. I completed rehab & do leg press & squats. He turns EVERY single complaint about my progress into a battle over exercising. He just can not or refuses to accept that he is wrong or something is wrong. He is the most arrogant man, no problem if he excelled in his practice, which he doesn't. He refuses to accept diagnose of situation from 3 other ortho doctors. He is also a snake oil salesman. I paid him 4K for Lipogems, followed all post op instructions to maximize the affects. It was a waste of money, time, painful & doesn't care about progression of of my disease. He said would hold off knee replace. 3 drs confirmed I need a replacement asap due to severe pain, swelling ,decrease mobility.Wrong placement of ca++phos. Need plastic surg to repair donor site of cells too. He did not consult with me preoperatively about donor site. He took it out of my panty line! What 60 yr old women wants permament panty line dents? He has cost me so much time, money & pain & mobility. Yet he want to discuss getting special shoes!! I came to him to restore & prevent not propel me into compromised old age! Since the subchondroplasty, I did indeed have a knee replacement less than one year later due to osteoNECROSIS!!!!!! HE MISDIAGNOSED & blamed everybody and me instead of himself. Was it SONK?How can you say you are the only one who was in there looking yet totally missed green bones?? All of this because I was told by other doctors and physical therapists that he does anything you can to avoid knee replacement even selling You snake oil instead of referring you to a better professional.
