This builder cuts every corner possible, and he doesn't live up to promises. It took 10 months after I moved in to finally get a lawn, which I ended up having to pay extra for and he repeated promised he'd do whatever it took to get me a lawn. It took 6 months for him to finally do a 3 month walk through. Every single thing was me having to constantly call again and again. He never did do my 1 year walk through. He used sub par concrete for my driveway and walks, and my 7 year old driveway looks way worse the the driveway in the 57 year old house I moved from. The driveway is literally falling apart, and he refuses to address the problem at all. If you are a single woman he will do his best to browbeat you into shutting up. He even went so far as to call one of my neighbors the B word when she complained about her floors not being level. I wish people could just drive through my neighborhood and look at the streets and driveways just to get an idea at what shoddy work he does. read more
