I did refer to Yelp to get a better idea of the service they provide, and I'm elated to confirm that the parade of five star reviews are absolutely correct. As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. All in all, there is no conceivable way that I could be any happier with 412 Auto Detail, and I enthusiastically endorse them.

When I informed our agent he referred us to an insurance estimator in Pataskala, Their price was 3600$. When I spoke to the Agent again, I wanted to get an additional estimate. He referred me to Pagani's in Downtown Newark. The Pagani brothers who own and manage the shop looked at the car, came out with a cleaner and removed EVERY SINGLE mark from the Headlight, frontend, hood and the protective clear cover on the nose. EVERYTHING!! It saved us our deductible and whatever increase in our insurance rate we surely would have incurred. Phil took care of my car today. He checked me in this morning, going over my car and checking for scratches and making notes of a couple request. When I went to pick it up, he wasn't quite finished. I sat and talked to the owner's mom( I'm sorry I didn't get her name). I had talked to her on the phone and she has the most pleasant voice and talk about customer service! When my car was done, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor!!! I'm so pleased with the personal service and the great detailing job.
