The director, Alex, repeatedly mentioned a sales representative and recommended a device for home use, rather than providing hands-on treatment or guidance. When I asked specific questions about my condition, Alex could not provide answers. I had called ahead to confirm that this clinic works with patients who have Bell's palsy, but this session did not reflect that expertise. My previous experiences with physical therapy were nothing like this, and I feel that I wasted both my time and money. Overall, the appointment did not meet my expectations for a professional evaluation or treatment. Updated-I called immediately after my appointment on 8/18/25 because I was so dumbfounded by the service I received. The receptionist said Alex would call me on Wednesday, 8/20/25, around 3 PM, but I never received a call back. On 8/19/25, I called the billing department and was told the issue would be escalated and that I would receive a call back. I never heard back, which is not acceptable. When I followed up again on Wednesday, another billing representative told me I would not be refunded because the insurance claim had already been paid. This has been extremely frustrating. You already have my email and phone number to make this right, as I've done my part and tried to resolve this directly with you.
