The sign says one hour foot massage. I desperately needed a 1 hour foot massage. What I got was a mediocre back and neck massage, and they gave my feet a massage that was no better than the non-professional ones I get with a pedicure, for about 10 minutes. Just a reminder about tipping...it's voluntary, and reflects the service you get. The guy got up twice to answer the phone, I didn't get my whole hour, and then he had the audacity to complain that I only left him what I thought he deserved! Hey, I didn't get what I wanted, and neither did he. Fair enough. And I WON'T be back. read more

I have been to this spa many times. I even have a punch card with the 10th massage free. I must be at 7 by now. That being said, this is not an experience for the faint of heart. The spa menu says 60 minutes of foot reflexology for $20. It is actually a full body, fully intense massage including scalp and face. I have been in both the public and private areas. I'm open to either on but if you're the least bit awkward having someone handle you primarily naked in a room with other patrons, you might want to upgrade to the $35 special and get a private room. I always call ahead and request a female. If you don't, you will most likely have a male attendant. If you are sensitive to the smell of cigarettes (as I am), be sure to request non-smoker. An asian spa of this sort is unusual if you are not from that culture so prepare yourself in advance to let you inhibitions go and allow your masseuse to have his/her way with you. read more

I have been a couple of times for a foot massage and a full body massage.. My feet were really hurting from a long weekend so I decided to go in.. Everything was fine, foot massage is not and hour. There is a lot of stretching and back massage. Once they did massage the feet it was good.. Once they were done which was more like 50 mins. I went up front to pay. I handed the guy $20.00 and the girl a tip.. She looked at the tip with a disgusted look on her face and right in front of me counted it and looked at me. No thank you or a smile. I had given her a 20% tip which is fair.. If they want more money they need to charge more not expect more tip.. I really thought she was going to say something or come out after me. I just turned around and left.. I would go back but afraid they freak out on me over a tip.. read more

This place is hit or miss. They can be very rough and it's difficult to talk to the therapist as none of them speak much English. Also, the last time I was there I gave the therapist a $5 tip for a $25 massage, even though she almost crippled me. She was outraged and kept saying no $20. I held my ground but wont return. read more

In my book you cant beat a 1 hour, full body massage, for just $25! We're talking head-to-toe full relaxation. You will be in a room with about 9 other people but once your head hits the pillow you'll forget all about them. If you prefer a more private experience dish out an extra $10 for you're own private or couple room. Either way you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a great place! Affordable and great quality, nice, friendly staff and massage therapists who really know their stuff! The place has a nice, calming atmosphere, and they always manage to fit me into the schedule, often even same day. My new favorite massage spot! Definitely returning! read more

Found these guys on yelp and decided to give them a shot. I went on a Thursday night and the place was pretty empty when I showed up which is fine by me. I opted for the #4 package... 40min back and 20min foot massage for $35. With this package, I got a private room which was nice. The woman that gave me my massage was great. She asked me if I wanted hard or medium pressure and checked in with me a few times during the massage to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was OK. She paid attention to the areas in my back that had some nasty knots and worked them all the way out. I've also been training to run a half marathon so my legs have been beat up. She was great massaging my feet and calves. Seemed like she was able to apply pressure to the right spots. I tipped $15 so the whole thing cost me $50. That's more than I'm used to spending on massages. I normally get the $20 reflexology special at one of the many places in Garden Grove but this was definitely worth the extra money. Next time I need a real massage, I'll be back here. read more

The front desk is extremely friendly, the place is conveniently located. My masseuse took her time and left me very relaxed! Dim lighting, ambient music. Simple but clean rooms. You are already relaxed by the time you've just lied down on the bed! read more

Wow this is amazing, I called to schedule an appointment earlier in the day. I called again 45 min before my appointment to reconfirm. I arrived 10 min prior to my appointment, sit on the chair as usual, then wait to be called. As I am sitting there, 4 people walk-in and then they get taken in before me. The guy looks at me weird since its 9 pm and j am like but I have an appointment. At this point he does not know what to do. He calls the lady in the back and she starts to tell me that I didn't call. So I told her to check her caller ID, as the first time that I called, I had requested Leo who wasn't available but still I decided to come because it was much needed (horrible shoulder pain). She starts to go through her caller Id and she sees my number twice, and then I show her my phone so she could see I was the one that called since of course she did not take my number down on her appt book. She then proceeds to tell me that they can't see me. So now its 9:16 pm (as I had a 9 pm) had I known at 8:15 when I had called to reconfirm that no one was available -- I would have scheduled else where. So with this said, you pay for what you get -- $30 foot massages = horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. read more

I won't be back. My therapist worked my lymph system too much and now I feel like I am dying. I never experienced a massage that was so vigorous and painful. You get what you pay for here. Also, you can hear the customers next door at the Pho restaurant. read more

First, I was slightly disappointed in my experience, but I understand why and I'm rating them on my husband's experience (combined by mine). My husband and I went here- I wanted to find a local reflexology place since I'm no longer in Riverside. I mentioned that I'm pregnant and this was my downfall. I only said it because I didn't want them touching my stomach, but I didn't realize they wouldn't massage my back either, which was the whole reason I went in. However, again, I totally understand that they didn't want that liability. I got a pretty decent shoulder massage and a very very long foot massage. My lucky husband, got the full treatment and said he was very happy- the pressure was perfect. I liked that there were curtains between each chair and that they had actual massage tables. The location was clean and the people were friendly. I hope I get to go after I'm no longer 'persona non grata' because I really miss these types of massages. read more

I have been to this spa many times. I even have a punch card with the 10th massage free. Today was free. That being said, this is not an experience for the faint of heart. The spa menu says 60 minutes of foot reflexology for $25. It is a full body, fully intense massage including scalp and face. I have been in both the public and private areas. Its pretty private even in the open room. I always call ahead and request Leo or Lucy. Both fantastic! I always leave feeling relaxed, so worth it. 25+ i always give a 10 dollar tip. read more

Crap-tastic (if that's even a word). This place should be a ZERO star!!! Will never come here again....new to the area and found the place close to work and home, thought I'd try it. First off, there was no one there (plus), really rude desk guy, then took forever to set me up (very rude) Usually they try to updo their first time customers to make sure they come back, nope....she gave me the crappiest massage ever, go up every 10 min or so to give herself a "break", finished 10 min earlier (I paid for a one hour massage, not a 50 min)...and then was rude about giving them an ATM card And the. Complained about my tip.....screw you my touch spa, screw you!!!!!!!!!!! Your lucky you don't have a corporate number, I'd be getting my money back plus another massage for free. Oh and did I mention.....I had bruises up and down my whole entire body! Yup, even after telling her several time to ease up on the pressure read more

Love it here! Never had an issue. YoYo is my favorite if you want strong hands.

Had some serious neck problems. After 5 times with YoYo my neck is almost 100% better. My last Dr apt I was told neck surgery is a must and, it may well be in the future. But for now I'm gonna keep weekly massages along with stretching & exercise & see if I could put off surgery. The price is great! Thank you YoYo! read more

Love this place. The price is unbeatable, they always have openings for walk ins and I love their services. Highly recommended.

Every time I come here is usually a hit or miss and by "hit" I mean a "3 out of 5 stars" for a massage. they're always talking or answering the phone and I can never relax and the person massaging me always sucks and I walk away wasting my money. read more

Excellent value. If you prefer deep tissue, speak up. Personally, I feel like most of them only want to do relaxing massages because they feel that is what most people want and there is a bit of a language barrier. However, they are exceptional at deep tissue and therapeutic massage. The majority of masseuses (all except 1) are amazing. I recommend the $35 private room massage special, as there is typically a better masseuse there than on the floor. read more

Found my go-to massage place! First, everyone is super friendly. Second, it's the best massage imaginable. Third, the value is incredible. The rooms are clean and the massage is excellent. Excited to go back! read more

Great little place if you're in a hurry and don't have time to make an appointment. Reasons for my 2 Stars-My massage therapist should have asked if I wanted a face massage in case I didn't want oil all over my face and in my hair, she obviously did not. Second: it hurt like hell! Damn it felt like she used her elbows the entire time!! Third: she got so offended when I gave her a $5 tip! Really, what I should have done was taken the receipt back and changed the 5 to a 0!! Next time ask me if I want oil all over my face and hair!! I would go back but next time I'll make sure I don't get the same girl! read more

Great service and massages are always wonderful!! Sometimes they answer the phone during the massage but it's a small business so I get it.

BEST massage we have ever had! The spa is clean, easy to get to, and their customer service was great. We were helped by Susan and Kevin. We left feeling so relaxed! Definitely recommend over "brand name" spots. We've tried them all and this spa trumps all of them Thank you Susan and Kevin! read more

Though I know this wasn't the most intense and deep massage I could have ever received, I paid $25 for a ONE HOUR massage that focused half the time on my head, shoulders, neck, and back, and the other half of the time on my legs and feet. I definitely think for the price the service was worth it. It was a very nice massage, extremely relaxing, they kept me warm and covered the entire time, and I left feeling much better than when I came in. Everyone was very pleasant and the facility was quiet, clean, and calming. Next time I want a massage I will definitely return to My Touch Massage. Ps I had Lisa and she did a great job. :) read more

I definitely recommend yuki (I believe that's how you spell it) shes absolutely amazing and very thorough with her massages. The price is super cheap too for such an amazing massage. I've been going to them for awhile but I think she's the best so far! read more

The prices here are great. Went in after work yesterday for a deep tissue massage I was taken to a private room and attended to quickly. The gentleman who massaged me didn't hold back on the pressure. I'd say I'm pretty sore the next day, but he was able to get into those areas that were really bothering me. The hot stones were so relaxing and helped ease the pain in my neck and back. Not sure about the specific training of the therapists. For my ongoing issues in my shoulder blade I will seek out a medical massage therapist, but this place is really great for a relaxing massage with essential oils or a really nice 60 minute foot massage for 25 bucks. My suggestion to owners, please get a designated receptionist to answer phones and make appointments. It is distracting and takes away from the experience when the person performing your massage is answering the phone and then leaving to make appointments while you are trying to enjoy your massage. It is frustrating to have the process interrupted. This would be the only reason I'd not return in the future. read more

Very professional and always a treat when my wife and I go in for an end of the week couples message. We are not experts in message but we know what we like. We have been coming here for 2 years (yes we try other places as well) and never fails to please us. The $25 foot message has a whole body message included and wow does that take a load off. They work on basically your whole body for an hour ending with a relaxing foot message. Will be trying the acupuncture next week. Yes there are some misses here and there, so we call ahead and ask if our favorite masseuse(s) are there. We love this place :) read more

Meh. Not overly impressed. I always go to this amazing place in Westminster, but my friend told me about this local place so I thought I would try it out. Here's my review: It started out very well. The place is nicely decorated for an open room concept, and I got on the table and the massage started which was very nice. However at the end of the full body massage she spent at least 30 minutes (if not more) on my feet alone. Not too crazy about that. I would prefer she focused on the full body massage like they do in Westminster. This place is $25 for an hour, or $40 for 90 minutes. All I can do is compare this place to my place in Westminster which is only $30 for 90 minutes and they focus a lot more on the full body rather than on the feet, and it's wonderful. So when I left I asked the lady if next time I could get more of a full body massage and less of the feet and she told me the price would be $70 for 90 minutes if I wanted that. Looks like I'm going to make the additional 15 minute drive to Westminster!! read more

Their massages are great. The vibe and aura of the room is relaxing too. One of the best $25 you could ever spend on. Called a few hours early and they still managed to accommodate us. The only thing I wasn't happy about was they changed my masseuse mid-massage. I think they were under staff because the receptionist started me massage then passed on to a different person and I can tell the difference. read more

We've been customers of My Touch about 2 years now. The massages are as good or better than any I've received at high end spas for a fraction of the price. I recommend calling ahead as they can get busy with walk-ins etc. The environment isn't as quiet as a full-on spa but given the strip mall location and the prices, who cares? Those of you too young to remember: 10 years ago the only legit massage you could get was at an overpriced spa or from an expensive in-room therapist. Those were/are a minimum of $100 plus tip. So a $35-$45 massage that's also amazing is a pretty good thing. read more

Never coming back here again they had me wait 30 mins then toke me in had me wait 5 mins lay down then come in and tell me they to busy to massage me. Very disappointed for the second time, we've been to this place a few times before and it was always good. But the last time and today we just got our massages late this afternoon 4:40 appointment. I even called first to let them know that I have a bad knee (right) that they must put pillow underneath my knee when they put pressured. Last month we were here I had pain in my knee and I called them the next day and let them know. The woman who gave me a message was not good. Normally I got a guy, someone who can do deep tissue massage and not light. I didn't feel like I had a message. My husband always gave a "good tips ($10 each) he said, so they remember next time to do a great job. NOT THIS TIME, but we still leave them reasonable TIPS. read more
