So I sat there and waited for service as two guys which appeared to be the owner and an employee fiddled with their phone on social media in the office while one guy was doing the work in the shop they come out and assessed my tire and they said the inner side of my tire is too bald to insert a temporary plug. Disappointing - apparent Latino Business. Went around the corner to a competing tire company and they are on it within five minutes of my arrival! As for My Tire Store Team, I guess they shoot to sell a tire and not to repair it.

I have been to My Tire a few times. The guys are always fast, like today when my tires were done in about 30 minutes, and the prices are much better than places like Discount Tire. Discount Tire was going to charge me $160 more for the same tires. If you need good tires at great prices with great service, My Tire is your place. read more

As much as I have come here over the past 12 years. I drove an hour as a loyal customer to get my tire patched. My tire hadn't leaked for 3 weeks with the tire repair fluid that my car came with. Came in, they pulled my tire off and said it was irreparable because the fluid... and that it was a cut not a hole. Said I needed a new tire around $500 to replace!! Put my tire back on now with no metal or patch or plug. Now I'm up the street on side of road with a flat. Andy if you are reading this, I'm done with this shop!! I should gone to Big John's. Customer service is always a priority especially with customers who are loyal. read more

This place is great. Call to see if they have your tire size first though.... don't expect them to have every tire size in stock. The price is great and the service is quick even if they have a wait. They will rotate your tires too for free if you buy tires there, and the manager said you're supposed to rotate them every 4000 miles. Great service, and will remain a staple in my auto care regimen. read more

What a class act! I got some new wheels here for my Land Cruiser they were exactly what I wanted. I wanted oem TPMS they made sure it was programmed correctly. I cant say how happy I am to find them. I have an older car. Almost 20 years old so naturally there's a lot of wear and tear. I will continue to only bring my car here. I needed a new clutch and other things. Not a problem for My Tire Store. I expected my car to be here for a bit, but the turnaround time was unbelievably quick! I never feel like I'm being ripped off especially because I don't know anything about cars. Andy is clear and communicates about any issues your car has. Great knowledge and friendliness. I came in requesting 4 wheel alignment and they explained to me that my car only needed 2 wheel which made it half the price. We moved here over three Years ago. I noticed that my tire was about to burst while I was filling gas. I drove to the nearest repair shop. I just happened to find our permanent mechanic. Andy, the owner is a great guy. They take care of both of our vehicles. We have never taken our vehicles to another shop since we moved here. Thanks for everything Andy! To be honest this is the best tire shop!I saved hundreds of dollars with them not once. The service is great always.My tire had a hole and I thought I had to change it and for Mercedes the price would not be cheap,so glad I called this shop.Bcz they just put a patch and I saved $400.Very honest ppl work here.Before I called many places and they had the lowest price. I was with a buddy who had picked up a razor in a tire on his Tesla. This place had the proper equipment to jack the car up safely, which was great. My friends Tesla is brand new, and they are notorious for have very fragile wheels, so he basically begged for them to be careful to avoiding scratching. Lo and behold, that's exactly what happened, big chunk out of the wheel and when he asked them about it they, of course, denied over and over. It was a blatant lie and refused to take responsibility for their actions. If you care about your car, stay away, they won't care on your behalf. Live and learn to take pics next time, but it won't be at this place. Def not recommended and not trustworthy read more

When they inspected my car I showed them a wheel I had a concern about, which had a sizeable chunk taken out of it. They were honest and said it was likely a coin toss as to whether or not the new tire would hold air. Luckily I thought this might happen so I had already ordered a new wheel online the day prior. The only issue now was that my promotion was about to expire if I didn't complete the transaction within 30 days of ordering. Unfortunately their system wouldn't let them schedule me past the deadline and keep the discount. So rather than force the deal and send me out the door with 3 new tires and one in the trunk, they found a way that allowed me to retain the discount and come back later for the complete install after my new wheel arrived. They did all this while it was raining out, so the place was packed. This ordeal let me know that they actually cared about my situation and for that they've earned my business for as long as I live in the SCV area.

The last few visits I've had there was always and "issue" with having to wait longer for my NT01s to show up for my Miata or forgetting to reset the TMPS on my wife's car after service. Generally I've chalked it up as "things happen"... Earlier this week I made an appointment for my Colorado. My TMPS service light came on. I called up to have them check it out. Dash board showed a right rear sensor, they said it was $80 to replace it. Okay cool. After the service the tech approached me and said they scanned all the other sensors and 2 showed low battery and one did not read at all.... The previous day when they checked my truck my dash showed all the tires reading pressure except the initial right rear. The tech then tried to explain to me that because 1 sensor wasn't reading they all wouldn't. That was the point that I decided to sever my tires with this store. I went in to replace a sensor that wasn't reading for $80 to being told that I told THEM which sensor to replace (even though they checked and based on the dash they told me it was the right rear) and that it was going to cost another $240 to have all of my sensors replaced and that they wouldn't work now because they can't be programmed.... I am familiar with how the sensors work, I know they have a shelf and battery life, but to go in and have 3 of the 4 work, replace the bad one then them tell me they won't work anymore unless I replace them all seemed shady, and the tech trying to explain his way out of the reasons why they worked when I pulled in to not working at all now was even shadier. Good luck, definitely buyer beware.

Took my Mustang to American Tire Depot because my preferred tire was out of stock almost everywhere…read moreelse. I called ahead, ordered the tires, and everything seemed smooth. My original appointment was for 2:15 PM, but due to my own mistake forgetting my keys, I had to come later. I called, and the clerk was cool enough to let me come in around 5:30 PM even though they closed at 6. That's where the issues started. It was pretty clear the two tire techs were ready to wrap up for the day, and I was the customer showing up right before closing. I also asked for a favor by having the driver-side wheels swapped front to rear. When I got in the car, I noticed the tire pressures they said were set to 32 PSI were actually all over the place--35+, and one was over 40. Not the end of the world, I figured I'd fix it myself. The bigger issue came the next day on the freeway. At around 60 MPH, the car developed a terrible vibration. I took it to America's Tire, and they found all four tires were out of balance. Once corrected, the car drove smooth again. I appreciate the clerk being accommodating, but the actual workmanship was disappointing. Whether it was rushed because I came in late or just careless work, I won't be returning.

Re: To the traveling reviewer with flat tire, It is unfortunate that you had an issue with your vehicle while traveling unfortunately you came to My Tire Store after Store Operating Hours and could not be helped, We at My tire Store have been serving the SCV and surrounding communities for nearly 30 years, we are always and have always been dedicated to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, realistically when a customer comes into our shop at closing or after hours when the operations of the store has been shut down for the day. the electricity, air compressors, machinery for tire mounting and dismount have also been shut down, all that is left On are the security cameras and alarm. all of the service technicians/mechanics have already gone for the day and there just happens to be someone after hours finishing up paperwork or possibly sweeping the shop floors that does not have the qualifications for the services requested, as much as we would love to help someone especially when traveling with a flat tire, the situation and circumstance with this matter are out of our control, and we apologize for not being able to service your needs. These guys are awesome! I tried going to a different place first, and they gave me some jacked up price and lied to me (Discount Tires on Soledad and Solamint, by Sierra Hwy). My Tire Store told me that it would be $30 to replace my tire for a used one, but then they surprised me yet again: they told me that my tire could be fixed and it would only be $13, and I didn't even ask him to check for that. The other place told me it would be $150 to replace my tire since it "couldn't be fixed." Obviously My Tire Store dudes care more about having faithful customers rather than making a quick buck. Seriously, thank you to the guy that I kept calling "Mike" ...even though I know his name isn't Mike :) You saved me life and made my day! Wow. read more

WOW! Im on the way to San Francisco from Los and stopped by this store to check all tires. I wanna make sure everything ok for a long trip. They did it carefully for FREE. VERY NICE! I wish this store were in my city :) read more

I love this place! My friend Brianne referred me here, and so far I have had 2 tires fixed for super cheap! Used ones are really cheap also, and the guys here are super friendly. Love this place!! read more

Had an appointment set at 8am. When I go the the guy tells me that they don't do 8am appointments. Then why would they set me up to go at 8am? They wasted my time. read more
