So I sat there and waited for service as two guys which appeared to be the owner and an employee fiddled with their phone on social media in the office while one guy was doing the work in the shop they come out and assessed my tire and they said the inner side of my tire is too bald to insert a temporary plug. Disappointing - apparent Latino Business. Went around the corner to a competing tire company and they are on it within five minutes of my arrival! As for My Tire Store Team, I guess they shoot to sell a tire and not to repair it. read more

This place is great. Call to see if they have your tire size first though.... don't expect them to have every tire size in stock. The price is great and the service is quick even if they have a wait. They will rotate your tires too for free if you buy tires there, and the manager said you're supposed to rotate them every 4000 miles. I was with a buddy who had picked up a razor in a tire on his Tesla. This place had the proper equipment to jack the car up safely, which was great. My friends Tesla is brand new, and they are notorious for have very fragile wheels, so he basically begged for them to be careful to avoiding scratching. Lo and behold, that's exactly what happened, big chunk out of the wheel and when he asked them about it they, of course, denied over and over. It was a blatant lie and refused to take responsibility for their actions. If you care about your car, stay away, they won't care on your behalf.
