He made sure we were ok, almost offered to open his shop and give us a rental as we live in Cambridge! But the uber was almost there. We called Toyota Care for help. We wound up waiting 3 hours for a tow, but the people at Steve's allowed us to use the lot and the restrooms while we waited. After a ridiculous amount of a wait, Brenda, in the office called the tow company that we were waiting for, and "shook them up". Within 20 minutes the tow showed up. While we were waiting we saw the great body work that they were doing on cars. I would trust these people to work on my car any time. The trailer clearly had not been wiped down, let alone cleaned. This is also when we discovered the refrigerator did not work. On day two we woke up to 45 degree weather and discovered that the heater didn't work either. On day the three we woke up to a horrible smell. We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that's right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else's waste. Fuller RV refused to discuss the situation with us and ushered us out the door. This company could actually make you sick. Stay safe, healthy and stay away from Fuller RV.

Vanworx doesn't specialize in truck campers but they were willing to give it a shot, and we weren't disappointed. Luke, the business owner, was also involved, but primarily handled the customer service element, which was also top notch. We've needed their assistance a few timing since hitting the road and they've remained open and available to help, including spending a few hours troubleshooting some issues that we were having. The cost for these custom jobs won't be cheap, but again, the fine touch, attention to detail, and availability of support makes it more than worthwhile. They told me it was there and even directed me to where it was located. I spent about 30 minutes searching for it, went back and asked them again, and they insisted it was there. I searched again and eventually found out the vehicle had apparently already been scrapped. They told me their inventory system isn't kept up to date and that they've been doing business this way for 50 years. I also paid the $2 entrance fee, and even after explaining what happened, they refused to refund it. The $2 isn't the issue, it's the principle. If you call ahead and are told a specific vehicle is there, you should be able to rely on that information, I even explained having the vehicle here does not guarantee the part I needed and I realize that. Be aware that their online inventory may not reflect what is actually on the property... in a word, unethical wasn't helpful that they kept blaming the owner.

Bob started the process with my insurance company and was able to complete the repair in a very reasonable time frame. All repair work was logged and the report provided to me is very detailed. The paint job is fantastic! Also, when a local auto repair shop noticed evidence of a leak in the area that was just repaired, Bob immediately took the car into his shop and thoroughly evaluated the situation. Kilcoyne, me, and the local repair shop, Premier auto repair, agreed that it was no longer an active leak. Kilcoyne does great work. And stands by their work. I don't plan on getting into an accident, but if I do, Kilcoyne is my first choice to do the repair.
