He was rude and said he couldn't do it. Then suggested that he would try to give me a refund because he didn't have one in stock. After a half hour, and another employee that was trying to take over to help me, he finally ordered a replacement. I have never experienced that level of disrespect and rudeness from such an unhelpful employee anywhere. Go to another store if you want help, or avoid Rob at all costs at this store.

I, as well as my Husband have been going to Five Star Automotive for years. I fully trust Scott's work. He is one of very few honest to goodness business owners who can be trusted. He does good business and has a great team working for him. His competitive pricing is amazing too! I never have to worry about my vehicles I have taken to him. He has helped us out so many times. He's got a great big heart. We're the average poor family these days with kids and he has given us breaks because had we gone anywhere else we would have been paying a heck of a lot more. He does great things for people and our community. I am forever grateful for him. I don't ever want to take any vehicle I own to anyone else. What Scott says is 100% trusted and there is no better place! He's a busy guy and it can take a while to get in for service. A few hours later I went to leave an my car wouldn't start. I called Edwards, quite upset, and explained what was happening. Russell personally drove to my house to diagnose the problem. He found my car was out of gas due to a faulty gas gauge. The customer service is beyond top notch! Great, honest, guy! I can't recommend them enough!

I needed an inspection sticker on my car today, so I came to Jack's. they said to pull up to the…read moredoor, honk the horn, and then I placed my vehicle into park. When it came time to pull up, I was unable to put it into drive (or neutral, or reverse). The guys helped me move the vehicle, and when they checked, it turned out that the cable had rusted through. They were able to rig it for me so I was at least able to drive it until the cable is replaced, and I was also able to get my sticker. I was in the right place at the right time for the cable to finally wear out, that's for sure! Everyone was so nice and extremely fair. I can't say enough good things!
