Parking is a bit scarce, not sure of you can park at hotel next door or not, but it is in front so seems logical. Not a lot of mask wearing, so either all guest are vaccinated or not following rules... but you can stay safe distances so all ok.

Also, every business hotel these days has a safe in the room. Every one but this place. I didn't expect to have to carry my laptop everywhere, and for these reasons I do not recommend staying here. WiFi also did not work well. I had a lot of trouble working while I was there and had to use my phone's personal hotspot. When I got to my next location, I didn't have any of that trouble. It is the most expensive Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at, and they jack up rates during a conference at the nearby Suburban Collection Showplace (the reason we were there). It's well located with plenty of good restaurants nearby and near the Expo center, but so are half a dozen other places. Normal room rate is about $120. They jack it up to $260 something during a conference, with the special conference block being $219. Taking advantage? Providing proper service for those rates? Nope.

I had an awful experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise against staying here. Initially, I was given a room where several things weren't working--the phone, TV, AC, and fridge were all non-functional. I complained, and as a gesture of goodwill, they moved me to another room. However, when I left the hotel and wrote an honest review about my stay, including criticism of the food and overall experience, they retaliated. They began harassing me with negative responses and an unprofessional attitude. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card an extra $212.22 falsely claiming I occupied two rooms on the first night--when in reality, the first room was unlivable, and I was moved to the second room. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you choose to stay here, be warned: they seem to retaliate against negative reviews by charging additional fees or harassing customers. Save yourself the trouble, time, and money--find a better place to stay.

We walked into a nice lobby which smelled and looked very clean. They were short staffed so we were quite gracious with the desk clerk when he was away for about 10 minutes, when we arrived to check in. Our room was okay, but it was not the cleanest. Definitely not normal Marriott brand standards.

I have reached out to booking.com after my stay at your hotel due to the unsanitary conditions. Also, when I checked in, how unfriendly the staff was. A simple hello and a smile would be nice. But I understand sometimes people are having bad days, it happens. When I got to my room, I hit the main 'Electrical Switch' but it was super dark in the room and two lights did not work. Also the TV and the bed lamps did not work. I called the front desk for maintenance, and it took them close to 35 minutes to answer the call. Again, I get it, I am not the only guest staying here. I was not requesting any special treatment. I just wanted to get cleaned up for my business meeting after a long hot drive in the car from OH. Then I started to notice things that disturbed me. (see Photos) 1. The first photo is a picture of my hand after I wiped it on the desk that is floating underneath the television. 2. The second photo is one of the water glasses that I almost drank from the other one wasn't that great looking either. 3. The third photo is the flip side of the couch pillow which looks like somebody peed on it? 4. The fourth photo is when I pull the ottoman away from the couch only to find a pistachio shell and lots of other things like lint, etc. this room was not vacuumed. Including what appeared to be semen stains on the sofa. 5. The next photo really made me sick. This is the lid to the ice bucket. I was going to get a bucket of ice to put in my cooler because the fridge raider was so filthy. I didn't dare put any of my food items in there. There's literally mold, growing on the lid of the ice bucket! 6. The next photo is splats of grease on the wall in the cubicle of the refrigerator and the microwave/coffee center. 7. Number seven is a photo blown up of what's behind the bathroom sink. 8. And the next photo is when I wet a piece of toilet paper and ran it behind that spot of the sink. Notice all the dirt and hair? I will also be sending six short individual videos to your email separately they will be coming from my email. This email and a copy of it will go to booking.com and Marriott Bonvoy including the photos and videos. As a professional business manager, I'm sure I don't have to tell you how imperative in this day and age it is for hotel rooms to be clean. I would really like to think that we learned some thing from Covid? At the very least training your staff to be friendly and kind to mature clients, and making sure that they have a safe and healthy room. This includes paying attention to detail when you are cleaning a room. So, at this point, I am requesting a full refund of $141.00, that I spent at your hotel for my entire stay of one night of horror. Sincerely, (GUEST) PS. I did receive (one) phone call from you this morning at 9:32 AM. I called your phone back at 11 AM, promptly and left a message. ************************************ Booking dot com contacted her and asked her if she had spoken to me, because when she emailed them back, she said she tried to reach me 'MULTIPLE' times? Lol I had my phone on me all day and call logs do not lie. But apparently Chelsea does? She only called me one time and left no message. However, her answer to the booking agent was simply..."Oh yes, we issued a refund for that reservation this morning." Seriously????? No accountability, not even an apology! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED, ALONG WITH HER FRONT DESK STAFF AND MAID STAFF, BECAUSE CLEARLY BEING A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL IS TOO MUCH FOR HER. OF I HAD READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL, I WOULD HAVE CHOOSEN SOME WHERE ELSE TO STAY. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF MY HOTEL LOOKED LIKED THIS. ******************** LAST PHOTO IS PROOF THAT SHE ONLY CALLED ME ONE TIME AND LEFT NO MESSAGE. #Liar

If you're looking for Ritz-Carlton experience this is not the place for you. I stayed here a week. There's a small indoor pool, a workout room (which I didn't see) and coin op washers and dryers. There's a free breakfast in the morning from 6:00 to 10:00, but if you have to be on the road earlier than that, from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. there is a sack breakfast that you can just pick up and run out the door with. Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday they serve a hot dinner. Last night it was frozen lasagna and while it wasn't gourmet it was certainly good and really hit the spot given that it was snowing out. I was in the area for a week while a relative was dying and then I needed to stay and clean out her apartment. Because these rooms are suites they have a refrigerator and a microwave as well as a little sitting area that is sort of separate from the bedroom. The beds are very comfortable. I was able to sort through my aunt's things, box them up, and get organized all in the hotel room. Even though I made a big mess the bedroom stayed clean because the mess was in the separate sitting area. I cleaned up before I left but it was great to be able to work and sleep without either getting in the way of the other. The staff was courteous and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Did not try the pool, but I was there for a comic convention and I didn't really have a lot of time to go swimming. The staff was really nice and genuine and it was close to the convention center. Very close to the mall so I found myself later in the evening going there and then going to Ford's garage to get something to eat which is right next-door. It was a really decent place and I've stayed in a lot of hotels that looks decent, but then the rooms were very terrible. They were also extremely accommodating when I explained that I get over sensory issues and that I did not want to be near an elevator. They found anyway they could to keep me away from that. Even though they had to juggle some things around.

I'm happy to start this review by saying -- finally -- this location gets it right. The channel guide is straightforward, and the remote has numbered buttons for easy navigation. A small detail, but much appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably sized, with thoughtful amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. I especially appreciated the extra charging box on the nightstand, which offered multiple outlet options -- a small touch that made a big difference. Two downsides: my room had a window with a failed seal, which obscured the view. Hopefully, that's a one-off issue. Also, the pillows appear to be fluffy, however when you lay on them they flatten like paper. The hotel features a small but adequate gym for its size and an indoor pool, which is a nice bonus. The location is excellent -- close to plenty of dining and shopping options, but tucked away enough to stay quiet and peaceful. Easy access to the highway makes it a convenient stop for travelers. Overall, a solid stay that hits the right notes in comfort and convenience.

It's not the rite temp and the jets were not jetting. They also need an adult time in for the pool. I mean it's OK for everyone to be in the pool at certain times I would just like to enjoy the pool without hearing all the screaming and getting splashed with kids jumping in the pool . A lot of of Hiltons that I stay implement a timeframe for adults only .This hotel also have a 10 o'clock noise policy meaning that the hotel would like everyone to be quiet at 10 o'clock normally that will be OK if we didn't have children we bring our kids to the hotels to enjoy themselves but also we respect to others so it wasn't a big deal but if you have intentions on having Small ones in the room , you may want to rethink this hotel.
