We were recommended this place from a friend that lives in the area and they didn't steer us wrong! The pizza was above average with average to maybe even below average pricing. We ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas. The pizza had a great sauce, not too salty like at some places. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese was stretchy and delicious! Would highly recommend this place! We're lucky that it's close enough that we can walk to it...you know...to work off the calories before we add them right back in!

Upon getting the pizza in the apartment and opening it up I find one hell of a mess. The driver obviously did not take care I'm delivering this pizza. One half the pizza had no toppings on it they were all laying in a pile on the side of the Box inside the other half was one hell of a mess. I had a quick chat with Reza and Anna who were very proud of their product and explained how everything is done on premises from scratch - the dough, sauces, etc. They turned out to be owners of the place which explains the passion - an essential ingredient in cooking. Two concerns: with the price of $14-15 for a medium pizza the place is a bit spendy but you get what you pay for - and much, much more. Second - I would like to see regular forks and knives instead of the plastic ones - definitely not a deal breaker for me. I'm not coming to Kitchener too often but I will make sure to visit Rustic Slice again next time I'm there.
